Lin frowned. Even though he knew Silia would most likely enter the academy, he still frowned slightly out of surprise. He looked around and indeed saw a beautiful blonde girl with white hair and violet eyes standing near the wall. She was speaking with other equally beautiful girls and occasionally nodding to them.
Maybe it was because she was being stared at a lot, or maybe because she didn't want any rumors about herself, but she didn't turn toward Lin — though she had likely already noticed his gaze.
"Is it rare for you to stare at a pretty girl, or is this an exception?" Egro noticed Lin's intense gaze at Silia and smirked.
"No. She's the same as the others. It's just that she's interesting because of her surname," Lin replied and looked straight into Egro's eyes.
Egro saw Lin's gaze — and it wasn't the kind of look one gives a girl out of interest. It was filled with killing intent, making sparks dance in his eyes. Yes, he wanted to kill Silia!
