Chapter 200 - Chapter 200: Red's Pokémon Team Assembles

"Now we're going to start training!"

Stella suddenly changed from her previous gentle image, looking like a demon instructor as she took out a whip and cracked it forcefully on the ground near Ash's feet, scolding him to hurry up and train.

"This is the whip of love," Brock said with a dreamy expression.

For a moment, Brock couldn't help but feel jealous of Ash being trained by Stella.

'I want to be whipped by Miss Stella too...'

"Stella seems like a completely different person..." Misty complained.

"Brock's expression... seems a bit off?" Red said in surprise. He had thought Brock would show a relieved smile, but unexpectedly he was envious of Ash's current situation, even stealing glances at Stella wielding the whip.

'Brock is acting a bit strange...'

"Alright, first is the mime performance!" Stella shouted.

"Mime?"

Ash was completely confused. What was that supposed to mean?

"Stop babbling and start already! Hurry up!" Stella scolded, not giving Ash any time to hesitate.

"CRACK!"

The whip struck the ground near Ash's feet, frightening him into immediately mimicking Mr. Mime by continuously stroking the air in front of him, pretending there was a wall.

"This is what you call gently and carefully taking care of me while teaching!" Ash complained.

"No good, not like that at all!" Stella scolded.

"No wonder Mr. Mime chose to avoid training. She's too fierce like this. What should I do..." Ash muttered.

"No good! No good! Do it over again!"

Stella wouldn't let Ash daydream, continuing to wave her whip, making Brock nearby envious with a pitiful expression.

"Click!"

Seeing things were settled, Red quietly took out his Pokédex and photographed the 'tragic' scene of Stella training Ash, then silently turned and left.

"Come out, Pidgeot!"

Red threw the Poké Ball in his hand. The white light faded, and Red immediately jumped onto Pidgeot's back.

"Pid!"

Pidgeot let out an eagle cry, transforming into a golden lightning bolt as it left the circus. Following Red's verbal instructions, it immediately flew toward Professor Oak's research lab.

At this time, Professor Oak at his research lab was leisurely eating cup noodles while occasionally tapping the keyboard in front of him, analyzing data on the Pokémon Red had captured.

"As expected, none of the Pokémon Red has taken a liking to are simple," Professor Oak said joyfully, excitedly drinking the soup from his cup noodles with a blissful smile.

Just then, Professor Oak felt the ground begin to shake beneath his feet. Sensing a disturbance coming from the backyard, he quickly set down his cup noodles and rushed toward the area where his Pokémon resided.

But before he had run far, Professor Oak suddenly paused. The yard was home to what kind of creatures? Those were all Red's Pokémon. They probably would have beaten any enemy away already.

For a moment, Professor Oak leisurely turned back to retrieve his cup noodles, slowly walking toward the yard while still drinking the noodle soup.

A moment later, Red riding Pidgeot arrived above the yard. Already knowing of their master's return, most of the Pokémon excitedly rushed over. The powerful auras they occasionally released directly scared away all the Pokémon that had previously been wandering in this area.

With Pidgeot's eagle cry echoing through the sky, all of Red's Pokémon quickly assembled here.

Suddenly, storm clouds appeared ahead, blocking the sunlight. With the continuous sound of thunder, the legendary bird known as the 'Thunder God,' Zapdos, made a dramatic entrance.

'This guy's entrance is still as show-offy as always,' Pidgeot said speechlessly, though its tone sounded unexpectedly sour.

Next, the ancient Sky King Aerodactyl arrived, instantly appearing beside Pidgeot and affectionately moving closer to Red's position.

Pidgeot disgustedly moved away a bit. It didn't want to be cut by Aerodactyl's fangs on its wings.

With two jealous cries, Red looked down to see Milotic and Sylveon excitedly looking up at him, jealously glaring at the Aerodactyl whose head Red was petting.

'That old guy, acting like this at his age!'

Patting Pidgeot's head, at Red's signal, Pidgeot flapped its wings and slowly descended to the ground.

As soon as Red landed, he was tackled by Milotic and Sylveon. Both Pokémon clung to him affectionately, continuously nuzzling Red's chest and feeling the warmth of his embrace.

"Yo yo yo, Boss is so popular!"

Just then, Red's shadow suddenly showed a strange smile, and the thousand-year-old Gengar hidden in the shadow appeared, floating in front of Red and greeting him.

Before Red could catch up with the thousand-year-old Gengar, suddenly the sound of someone landing on their rear made Red look over in confusion, only to see Alakazam sitting on Hitmonchan's back with a barely suppressed smile, carrying Hitmonchan's championship belt on its shoulder.

According to Red's guess, Alakazam had probably brought Hitmonchan here using Teleport, but under Alakazam's deliberate manipulation, it made Hitmonchan fall from mid-air first, letting his rear end have an intimate greeting with the ground.

The subsequently arriving Alakazam directly sat on Hitmonchan's back, using him as a body cushion.

The angry Hitmonchan immediately pushed off the Alakazam on his back, wanting nothing more than to immediately have a head-on battle with Alakazam, but due to Red's return, the joyful Hitmonchan still gave up on the idea of fighting this time.

"Moo!"

With the sound of mooing, Tauros, leading his little brothers, came over. The thirty Tauros behind him were all 'accidentally' captured by Ash with Safari Balls. Initially, Tauros had been surprised to encounter his brothers again at Professor Oak's research lab.

"Gala!"

Before the eager Tauros could get affectionate with Red, Marowak's cry caught Red's attention. He saw Marowak approaching with Pikachu sitting on its head and Dratini underfoot, creating a comical dragon rider scene that made Red smile.

Venusaur, Blastoise, and Snorlax, being slower, arrived last.

Red looked at the many Pokémon assembled here but couldn't see Kabutops and Omastar, making him worry.

Seeing this, Aerodactyl immediately understood Red's meaning. As the leader among the ancient Pokémon, how could Aerodactyl disappoint Red? Within moments, it brought over Kabutops and Omastar.

Kabutops and Omastar were somewhat afraid to look up at Red, each silently hanging their heads. After all, they had never been taken on Red's travels and mistakenly thought Red disliked them, feeling dejected and silent.

"Sorry, it's all because I didn't consider your feelings. I've always liked you both very much."

As soon as he finished speaking, Kabutops and Omastar were embraced by Red, who apologetically stroked both Pokémon's bodies, telling them not to blame him for his oversight.

Seeing they weren't disliked by Red, Kabutops and Omastar both showed joyful smiles and, like their other companions, affectionately nuzzled Red's chest.

However, due to the sharp weapons on their bodies, Kabutops and Omastar didn't dare to be too presumptuous, avoiding injuring Red's body.

If that happened, they would inevitably be severely scolded by their big brother Aerodactyl.
