"Why didn't you tell me about the kiss?" he questioned.
Sylas heaved a deep sigh and tried to look away, but Ryn grabbed the side of his face and turned it to face him. "I…"
"Why are you so afraid to answer the question, Sylas?" he demanded.
"Because you were drunk," Sylas groaned in frustration and ran a hand through his hair. "I never thought that you would remember because you were not supposed to."
Ryn scoffed and dropped his hand from Sylas's face. "So if I never remembered, you would have never told me, right?"
Sylas lowered his head. "Look, Ryn, the kiss was not part of the training and…"
"But you kissed me back, Sylas."
Sylas's eyes lit up.
"What?" Ryn rolled his eyes. "You think I wouldn't find that out too?" he scoffed. "I remembered every bit of the kiss. And you want to know what's funny?" Ryn's eyes met with Sylas's again. "That was my first kiss, and it was with you."
