Chapter 93 - Chapter 93: Sean's Invitation

Near the border of the Capital, the government had built more human bases, considering the influx of people coming to the Capital. One base wouldn't be enough, especially when the main base at the center of the city was mostly occupied by the military.

Not far from the gate to the capital, the situation inside wasn't that far off. Many people don't have lodging, and they sleep like homeless people on the streets or in front of any building with a porch.

"I hope that you all wouldn't mind. My place is a bit cramped," Sean muttered as he led them inside his house.

Because of the lack of electricity or people's activity, it was very quiet at night. Usually, there would be the sounds of car engines everywhere, but the darkness was mostly still.

It was the worst time for people, and they mostly locked themselves inside their rooms, fearing the danger of the unknown. Even more so for ordinary people, who had no means of protecting themselves.
