Uh-oh. Trouble came knocking even without them looking for it–after all, they went to the Moon Cloud City to see if they could help with Darren's trouble.
The woman must have seen them entering the restaurant and come to ask for help out of desperation.
"You can't run away. Do you think anyone will come to save you?" A roguish voice floated over, rough and filled with sneer.
"Don't struggle too. I will give you a quick and painless death. Just obediently hand over your crystal core to us!"
The woman let out a shriek of pain. Zerra observed with her senses. The men were clutching her hand as she struggled, releasing ice everywhere.
"Shit, you bitch! You injured me!" One man cursed and released his hold on her, holding his hand that was now full of lacerations from the woman's ice blades.
