Rachel watched as Holly disappeared from sight, a sweet smile spreading across her delicate face.

She gazed at the spot where Holly had vanished, the warm sunlight streaming in, and suddenly she thought she saw Kellan's cold, piercing black eyes.
She froze for a moment, her back stiffening. Then she shut her eyes tightly before opening them again.
