Chapter 184 - Chapter 180 Spider-Man, Little Wizard, and Peppa Pig

After finishing their trip to Cannes, Kyle, Nolan and their group did not stay in Europe. The next day they took the earliest flight of the day back to America.

After all, Kyle still has a lot of things to deal with.

Page Films.

"Boss, congratulations on winning the grand prize." Kevin Feige and others hurriedly congratulated.

Kyle smiled and waved his hand: "Hey, it's just a small award in the short film category. It won't be too late for you to congratulate me when I win the Oscar for Best Director or the Best Director Award at the Cannes Film Festival."

"Boss, you are right."

There is no doubt that Kyle is getting carried away!

Several other executives of Page Pictures also sent their congratulations and dug out several American newspapers from early this morning, which all exaggerated the remarks made by Kyle and Nolan.

"Alright, everyone."

Kyle adjusted his mentality and said solemnly: "I came here today to announce two things."

Faced with Kyle's serious state, Kevin Feige and other executives were all stunned.

"Really?" Kevin Feige's eyes narrowed.

In fact, as early as when Kyle returned to America, he did not return to the villa, but appeared directly at Page Pictures. The naturally sensitive Kevin Feige had a bad premonition.

"First thing!"

"Former 20th Century Fox CEO Bill McNicholl has accepted my invitation to become the president of Page Pictures..."

In an instant, before Kyle finished speaking, many executives present burst into an uproar.

"Mr Fitch?" an executive muttered.

For a moment, everyone present inadvertently glanced at Kevin Feige, the vice president.

You should know that before, although Kevin Feige was nominally the vice president, he was responsible for the specific work of the entire Page Pictures and was the president in the actual sense.

He is the top leader.

Now, Bill McNicholl has been parachuted in. How will Kevin Feige deal with it?

"Quiet, gentlemen!"

Kyle said solemnly, "I hope Vice President Feige and everyone here will support McNicholl's work and help Page Pictures grow and develop."

The others didn't care, but Kevin Feige's face looked a little ugly.

"The second thing!"

"Harry Potter and Spider-Man have officially entered the project phase!"

"The company's screenwriting and production departments must submit a complete script and filming plan within three months. Casting and filming will begin early next year. Okay, that's it. Dismissed!"

After finishing speaking, Kyle did not even look at the reactions of the crowd. Surrounded by his chief assistant, Alexander, and a group of bodyguards, he got into the car and left Page Pictures.

....

In the car.

Alexander, who was sitting in the passenger seat, wanted to ask Kyle several times, but because of his status, he hesitated to speak.

"Alexander, you want to ask me why I made the decision without explaining it to Kevin Feige and the company's executives in advance?" Kyle said with a smile.

"Yes, boss."

Alexander nodded and said, "Although the executives at Page Pictures have been a bit slack in the past six months, Mr Feige is still doing an excellent job. Would you like to talk to him privately?"

Upon hearing this, Kyle's face immediately showed a playful look.

"Alexander, I am the boss of the company, and they are just professional managers."

"Mistakes must be punished, and being beaten must stand at attention!"

"They are not children in the workplace. I don't need to coax them like children. If they can't even figure this out, then get out as soon as possible."

It has to be said that Kyle is now becoming more and more like a capitalist.

Once upon a time, Kyle would be very happy to see those celebrities who would achieve great success in the future, and would deliberately make friends with them and win them over; however, now, Kyle only knows one truth: the capable will be promoted and the mediocre will be demoted.

The workplace is a battlefield!

It doesn't mean that just because you are excellent, I have to coax you, because many people are better than you.

....

Soon, Kyle and his group drove to Silicon Valley.

Destination – Page Building!

"Boss, welcome!"

Waterworld Animation Studios head Stephen Sollenberger and chief screenwriter David Meisel personally went out to greet Kyle and his team.

As the group walked towards the company's conference room, Stephen explained the company's recent developments.

"Boss, the second season of SpongeBob SquarePants has been completed and sent to UPN. It's expected to be broadcast at the end of May."

"At the same time, the second project team, led by David Meisel, has completed work on 100 episodes of Peppa Pig and is currently working on dubbing and music."

Kyle then asked, "Where is the progress on Finding Nemo?"

Kyle is undoubtedly very concerned about Waterworld Animation Studio, which is one of the important and indispensable territories of the entire media empire.

Whether it is "SpongeBob SquarePants", "Peppa Pig", or "Finding Nemo", they are all animated series that can bring huge profits to Kyle, and are also the most important step for Waterworld Animation Studio to become a first-class animation company.

"Boss, Finding Nemo is currently progressing smoothly. It is expected to be completed in the first half of 1999 and released in the second half of 1999." Stephen responded.

Kyle nodded in satisfaction.

Soon, Kyle and others finally entered the Water World Animation Studio.

Today's animation studio is no longer the makeshift team it was when it was first established. With a flagship series like "SpongeBob SquarePants" that dominates the American children's animation field, it has already gained a foothold in the United States.

The entire studio has 325 employees, of which 275 are animation designers working on the front line.

And as many as 50 of them were talents poached from Steve Jobs' Pixar Animation!

Because of this, Kyle received several calls from Jobs and John Lasseter, all of whom cursed Kyle.

The workplace is like a battlefield!

Even though Kyle had a good relationship with Jobs and Lasseter, this did not prevent Kyle from poaching people.

Similarly, after releasing a series of hit films, Kyle's Page Pictures has been repeatedly poached by large companies.

CEO Victor is the first to bear the brunt!

Kyle alone knows about the six major Hollywood film studios, including Paramount, Warner and Disney!

Otherwise, Kyle wouldn't have put the option dividend bonus plan on the agenda so early. Without the company's top generals, even if Kyle were a powerful person, he would be unable to handle everything!

After inspecting Waterworld Animation Studio, Kyle took the elevator to LinkedIn, which is located in the same building.

For the next few days, Kyle was busy with the work at hand.

He didn't stop working until he received a call from Henry, the head of Gale Capital.
