Georgia's POV
His voice was low and teasing as his lips trailed over my skin. "You don't remember this, do you?" Nick murmured against my chest, each word brushing heat into me.
"N-No… I don't," I stammered, struggling to hold onto my thoughts when every part of me felt alive under his touch.
He chuckled softly, a sound that sent a rush of warmth straight through me. "So, for you, this feels like the first time. It's like... You're a virgin again, am I right?" he said, pulling back just enough for our eyes to meet. His gaze was dark, playful, and maddeningly tender all at once.
That thought made my breath catch. "I… I guess it does," I whispered, my voice trembling.
Nick smiled, that slow, knowing smirk that always made my heart skip. He brushed his thumb along my bottom lip before leaning closer. "Then maybe it's fate we get to start over," he said, his tone husky, full of promise.
