The aftermath of the battlefield was still fresh when Arjun stood alone under the blue sky, the breeze carrying the faint scent of burning rubble and victory. Just as he was taking in the view, a black SUV pulled up beside him. From it stepped Riyaan, the respected squad leader of MAGNET.
Riyaan approached with a half-smile. "That was some fight back there. You held your ground like a seasoned warrior."
Arjun nodded humbly. "I did what I had to."
Impressed, Riyaan handed him a card. "This has my direct number. You've caught the eyes of the higher-ups." He paused, looking around before pulling out a golden medal. "Also, the Guild wants to honor you with this."
To his surprise, Arjun refused. "I'm not ready to be celebrated yet. I'm still far from strong."
Riyaan blinked. "You're serious?"
"But," Arjun added with a smirk, "I won't mind if you give me some money instead. I'm kind of broke."
Riyaan burst out laughing. "You've got guts." Still amused, he transferred funds into Arjun's account. "Use it wisely."
As Riyaan turned to leave, he stopped. "Also... the reports said you lost an eye and an arm. You're standing here like nothing happened. How?"
Arjun simply smiled. "That's my secret."
Riyaan stared for a moment before nodding. "Fair enough. Keep surviving."

Later that night, atop a towering building, a shadow watched Arjun from afar. A young woman in her early 20s with flowing black hair and piercing blue-crimson eyes. Stunning beyond words, her presence was both dangerous and captivating. Her gaze lingered with a strange intensity, as if studying him.

The next morning, Arjun stepped out of a boutique store, arms loaded with shopping bags. The sound of city life surrounded him—honking cars, laughing kids, and chattering crowds. He loaded the bags into a sleek black car and drove out of the city.
He reached the outskirts and parked by a silent mountain pass, where the only sound was the wind brushing against the trees.
He stepped out and looked around. "I know you're following me," he said, calmly. "You can come out now."
From behind a rocky ridge, the mysterious girl stepped forward. She wore a black jacket, tight pants, and boots perfect for chasing or escaping. Her smirk was playful, but her eyes held sharp calculation.
"Not bad. You sensed me," she said.
"Who Are You?" Arjun asked, folding his arms.
"Kavya. From a group that specializes in high-value targets."
"You mean robbing people?"
Kavya shrugged. "Depends on perspective. You've got money, powers, and mystery. I'm here to Get Them All."
Just then, the familiar system voice rang in Arjun's mind:
System Notification: Suitable teammate found. Name: Kavya. Blessing: Mata Durga (Faintly Awakened).
Arjun blinked in surprise and then chuckled. "Wow , it's totally Unexpected."
He took a step forward. Hey You ...
"Join my team."
She raised an eyebrow. "You serious?"
"You have power—real divine power—but you're wasting it. Why stay a thief when you can be something more?"
Her face darkened. "I don't need a lecture."
And she attacked. Fast.
Arjun parried effortlessly, reading her movements like a book. His training, instincts, and divine senses worked together. "I know about your blessing. Mata Durga's power flows in you, but you can't control it, can you?"
She froze mid-attack, startled. "Even I don't know that… How do you?"
"I just do," Arjun replied, dodging her kick. "And I know how to help."
She stepped back, wary but curious. "I'm listening."
But if it's a lie then I will kill you.
"First, believe. Close your eyes. Focus on Mata Durga. And chant this mantra:
'Ya Devi Sarva Bhuteshu Shakti Rupena Samsthita, Namastasyai Namastasyai Namastasyai Namo Namah.'
She hesitated. "You serious?"
"Try it."
Kavya closed her eyes and chanted.
A radiant aura burst from her body. She gasped, eyes glowing, energy rushing through her like a tidal wave. Her breath caught.
"What… is this?" she whispered.
"Your true strength," Arjun said. "Don't waste it. Use it right. Join me."
She looked down. "I didn't want this life. But I had no choice."
"You have one now," he said, smiling. "And I'll even pay you."
"…Fine," she muttered, flustered.
System Notification: Task Complete. Teammate 1 acquired. Experience Boost +500.
Arjun Excited While Seeing At System Screen
Kavya stared. "What A Wirdo, I hope I will Not Regret Joining You?"
"Don't worry," Arjun grinned.

Later, in the city, they sat in a vibrant rooftop restaurant. Arjun ordered generously. Kavya, now in fresh clothes he'd bought her, looked oddly comfortable.
"You're weird," she said. "But you know stuff. Real stuff."
"I'll take that as a compliment."
Suddenly—
System Emergency Task: Second teammate detected. Status: In Danger. Immediate rescue required.
Arjun's eyes widened. "What… In Danger?"
Arjun asked with shock. "Where?"
System: Location: Tokyo, Japan
Arjun Shocked. " JAPAN "
