Logan and Tom arrived at Beta Benjamin's house and found a crowd of Beta Benjamin's men waiting at the entrance.
"He got your message," Tom smirked, eyeing the men blocking the entrance to Benjamin's house.
"Take care of them," Logan ordered, and Tom exited the car. The men took a protective stance, ready to stop Tom from reaching Beta Benjamin.
Tom stood before them, reading their moves and body language. After assessing the situation, a smile twisted on his face. "You look terrified. You know what's coming for you. You must know what I am, since you're literally shivering."
"We won't grant you access to this house; return to your land. You don't belong here," a man called from the back.
Tom shifted his eyes to the man. "I don't?"
"Yes. You're a disgusting beast cursed by the moon goddess; your kind don't belong anywhere near us," the man growled.
"Can you repeat those words in five minutes?"
