“Please, let me to tidy up your hair, Madam.” Mrs. Carlyn approached Petra quietly and began tidying her locks.
“Report,” Petra demanded
“Madam.”
“Now.”
Mrs. Carlyn let out a sigh, allowing Petra to anticipate the nature of the report. Much to her dismay, it was evident that the Idena Merchants had once again stirred up trouble, after causing her trouble again and again over the past five years.
“Well… it would be advisable to withdraw from southern areas such as Lyshan, Nor, Eillar, and Basano—”
Slam! Petra slammed her hand down forcefully on the table. “I asked you to report, not make judgments.”
Mrs. Carlyn bowed, recognizing the threat in Petra’s demeanor.
