Chapter 3 - Chapter 3:Power Of The Glint Glint Fruit.

"Similar to the Hydrification Technique of the Hōzuki clan... a Light Transformation Technique?"

Because the Hōzuki clan of Kirigakure Village is known for their Hydrification Technique, which allows them to liquefy their bodies, others quickly made assumptions.

"Similar to the Hydrification Technique?"

Judo's eyes narrowed slightly, and he stabbed his Executioner's Blade into the ground beside him.

As a member of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, Judo was well-versed in the Hydrification Technique of the Hōzuki clan. That technique allows one's body to become liquid, nullifying physical attacks.

However, the Hydrification Technique has a weakness—it can be countered by Lightning Release.

Judo speculated that Zenkichi's Light Transformation Technique might have a similar vulnerability, and decided to test it with various elemental ninjutsu.

"Water Style—Great Waterfall Technique!"

Judo quickly weaved hand seals and released a massive wave of water that came crashing down on Zenkichi.

Devil Fruit users in other worlds are famously weak against water—but Zenkichi lacked that weakness.

While he had inherited the abilities of Kizaru through the character template, he did not inherit the Devil Fruit's vulnerabilities.

After all, he was using the power of a template, not an actual Devil Fruit.

In theory, if his second template also involved a Devil Fruit user, he could wield two sets of Devil Fruit-like powers simultaneously.

The cascading waterfall crashed down—only to pass cleanly through Zenkichi's body, which was now composed of brilliant golden light particles.

"Water Style doesn't work? Then... Lightning Style—Thunderbolt!"

Judo formed another set of seals. A ball of crackling lightning formed in his hand and was plunged into the surrounding water.

Sparks danced across the battlefield. Bolts of lightning raced across the flooded terrain, seeking out Zenkichi.

Still, Zenkichi stood unmoving in the water, letting the lightning course harmlessly through his light-composed body.

"Water and Lightning... this guy really is one of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen. Scary," Zenkichi muttered sarcastically, clearly unimpressed.

Zenkichi's "Glint Glint Fruit" ability had almost no weaknesses. Once his body was fully transformed into light particles, it became nearly immune to both physical and energy-based attacks.

In the original world, Enel—who wielded the Lightning Fruit—was immune to laser swords and energy cannons. This proved that elemental Devil Fruit users are incredibly difficult to harm with conventional means.

"Damn it! Fire Style—Dragon Flame Jutsu!"

Frustrated, Judo unleashed a serpentine stream of fire that surged toward Zenkichi.

Boom!

The fire passed straight through him, just like everything else.

Zenkichi lazily curled his lip. "That's three jutsu you've used now, right? The Seven Ninja Swordsmen really are resourceful."

The Watermelon Mountain Pufferfish Ghost burst out laughing. "Judo, looks like this one's outta your league!"

"Shut up!" Loquat Judo snapped. "I've still got Wind and Earth Style. Don't count me out yet!"

He immediately launched a Wind Style technique—razor-sharp wind blades howled toward Zenkichi.

As an elite jōnin, Judo had trained in all five basic nature transformations.

Even if some elements weren't his innate chakra nature, he could still perform basic ninjutsu in all of them—though his proficiency varied.

This was standard for high-level shinobi, who needed to avoid elemental disadvantages in combat. Unlike genin or chūnin, elite jōnin had the resources to master all types of ninjutsu.

"Wind-style jutsu can tear through solid targets... maybe it'll work on his Light Transformation," someone muttered.

"I doubt it."

"Why?"

"Because Zenkichi isn't dodging."

Terumi Mei and Ao, observing from the side, exchanged looks filled with amazement and excitement.

They had once fought beside Zenkichi. Now, seeing his overwhelming performance filled them with pride.

Around them, other Kirigakure ninja were left stunned. No one had expected an ordinary chūnin to stand toe-to-toe with the Seven Ninja Swordsmen.

And win.

Zenkichi, still ignoring the jutsu, smiled with amusement.

"Judo, is it my turn now?"

"Speed... is weight."

"Have you ever been kicked... at the speed of light?"

Zenkichi raised one leg. Golden light gathered around his foot, forming a rotating cross-shaped halo.

"Danger!" Judo's instincts screamed.

Zenkichi didn't waste time with chatter. He launched the golden kick—light exploded outward as it barreled toward Judo.

Although Zenkichi's mastery of the Kizaru template wasn't complete, even a partial light-speed kick had power comparable to high-level ninjutsu.

(He's still at 11%,So don't say stuff like .... This guy should have been dead in one hit)

Ninjas were generally glass cannons—capable of immense attack power, but with poor defense. Even someone as powerful as Uchiha Madara could fall with one good strike.

Zenkichi's kick wasn't godlike, but it was more than enough to rival an A-rank jutsu.

And thanks to the nature of his powers, his chakra reserves seemed almost bottomless.

Unlike most taijutsu users who needed rest between heavy attacks, Zenkichi could fire off one high-powered move after another.

Boom!

The impact left a crater. Judō broke into a cold sweat.

Before he could recover, a second burst of golden light appeared behind him. The light particles swirled and reformed into Zenkichi's body.

BAM!

A blinding horizontal kick caught Judō cleanly in the back. He crashed into a tree with a sickening thud and collapsed, injured and motionless.

"What a disgrace," someone muttered.

"You've tarnished the Seven Ninja Swordsmen's name, Judo."

"But... for the sake of our title, I'll avenge you!"

The Watermelon Mountain Pufferfish Ghost cracked his knuckles and grinned darkly.

He gripped Samehada and vanished in a blur—reappearing next to Zenkichi and swinging the massive sword down without hesitation.

There was good reason for his confidence.

Samehada could absorb chakra. That was his ace in the hole.

All ninjutsu in the shinobi world relied on chakra. The Watermelon Mountain Pufferfish Ghost believed that no matter how Zenkichi transformed his body, Samehada could rip it apart.
