Terumi Mei was shocked. "I made the first move? No way! What do you mean? Are you saying I'm old?"
She stared at Zenkichi angrily, almost ready to snap at him.
"There might be trouble in Konoha. I want to go check it out."
"You don't have to worry about Kirigakure's safety. I'll protect it with a clone."
"As for the Tailed Beast... it's not my concern."
Zenkichi said casually, waving his hand as he prepared to leave.
"Wait, you're leaving a shadow clone here?"
Terumi Mei called out, stunned.
Zenkichi smirked, "What else? Nothing will happen to me while I'm gone. Wait for me to return."
"The shadow clone has its limits; it can only take so much damage."
Terumi Mei was embarrassed but shouted, "What are you thinking? I'm worried you won't protect this place."
Zenkichi replied calmly, "If it can't be protected, then it can't. This is not my village after all."
"I have a close bond with Terumi Mei from another world, but you're not really her."
