The group continues to look up at Phantomon as he floats slowly towards the ground in front of them.
"So, which of you will be the first to taste my scythe?" asked Phantomon as he holds his scythe out towards them.
"No thanks." said Lincoln.
"I'm not hungry." said Rusty.
"I'm on a blade free diet." said Stella.
"Don't worry, everyone!" said GeoGreymon as he stands in front of the kids.
"We won't let him touch you!" said Reppamon as he and the other Digimon join together.
"So it's all of you at once?" asked Phantomon.
"What's wrong?" asked Golemon. "Are you scared?"
"No, this just makes it easier to wipe all of you out at once." said Phantomon.
"Careful, guys!" said Lincoln. "He is an Ultimate Level Digimon!"
"Don't worry; if we need to I can Digivolve Gaogamon to Ultimate." said Clyde.
"I hope that will be enough." said Zach.
"Let's get him!" shouts Golemon as he and other Digimon charge towards Phantomon.
"Dark Sentence!" said Phantomon as he uses his scythe to make a circle in the air; out of it comes a skull made of purple energy that releases a thick black fog that envelops the kids' Digimon.
"What is this stuff?" asked GeoGreymon as he starts to feel weak.
"I can't breathe." said Reppamon as he drops to the ground.
"I'm feeling weak." said Leomon.
"Gaogamon, see if you can blow that fog away!" said Clyde.
"You got it, Clyde; Spiral Blow!" says Gaogamon as he opens his mouth at Phantomon that also pulls the fog away from the group. Seeing the attack coming at him, Phantomon twirls his scythe in front of him and repels it.
"You'll have to do better than that!" said Phantomon.
"You asked for it!" said GeoGreymon. "Mega Flame!" He breathes out a large stream of fire at Phantomon; but he dodges it.
"Soul Chopper!" said Phantomon as he flies at GeoGreymon and repeatedly slashes at him with his scythe.
"ARGH!" yells GeoGreymon as he feels the slashes down to the very core of his being.
"Are you okay?" asked Lincoln.
"For now." said GeoGreymon as he struggles to stay on his feet.
"Razor Wind!" shouts Reppamon as he shakes his tail and releases a blade of air at Phantomon; but he swings his scythe and slashes the blade of air in half, destroying it.
"Shadow Scythe!" said Phantomon as he swings his scythe and slashes Reppamon, knocking him to the ground.
"Lion Sword!" shouts Leomon as he charges at Phantomon while unsheathing his sword and swings it at Phantomon, but he blocks Leomon's sword with his scythe.
"Diabolic Star!" shouts Phantomon. Dark energy surrounds the ball on the end of his chain that was attached to his scythe, and he slams it into Leomon, knocking him to the ground.
"Dash Claw!" shouts Gaogamon as he charges at Phantomon and swings his front paws at him, but he floats up and dodges the attack.
"Diabolic Star!" shouts Phantomon as he swings the chain of his scythe and strikes Gaogamon with the ball on the end of the chain, knocking Gaogamon to the ground.
"Cactus Tail!" said Sunflowmon as she swings her tail, launching thorns at Phantomon; but he uses his scythe to deflect them.
"Soul Chopper!" said Phantomon as he flies at Sunflowmon and repeatedly slashes her with his scythe.
"Sunflowmon!" shouts Stella.
"Man, now I know how a chopped salad feels." said Sunflowmon.
"Powerful Punch!" said Golemon as he throws a punch at Phantomon.
"Diabolic Star!" shouts Phantomon as he uses his chain ball to deflect Golemon's attack, then whacks him in the chest, making a few cracks and knocking him down.
"Clyde, we're definitely gonna need MachGaogamon!" said Lincoln.
"On it!" said Clyde as he tries pushing the button on his artifact; only for nothing to happen.
"What's going on?!" asked Rusty.
"I don't know." said Clyde as he tries pushing the button repeatedly.
"Why isn't it working?" asked Zach.
"Maybe it needs new batteries?" suggested Liam.
"Where's techincal support when we need it?" asked Rusty.
"Dark Sentence!" said Phantomon as he summons up another skull which envelops the group in another batch of dark fog; the draining power of it was too much and the Digimon collapse.
"This isn't good!" said Lincoln.
"Depends on whose point of view, human." said Phantomon as he floats toward the kids.
"He's coming at us." said Clyde.
"What are we going to do?" asked Zach.
"Prepare to meet your doom?" suggested Phantomon.
"Any other options?" asked Rusty.
"Close your eyes so you don't see it coming." said Phantomon as he raises his scythe, making the kids close their eyes.
"Seed Blast!" said Sunflowmon from behind Phantomon; multiple seeds struck his back, making him turn to see Sunflowmon standing up.
"I can destroy those kids anytime; I'll finish you first." said Phantomon. Sunflowmon collapses to the ground.
"That attack must've used the last of my strength." said Sunflowmon as she struggles to move.
"Sunflowmon, get up!" said Stella.
"I can't move; I'm too weak." said Sunflowmon.
"Tell you what, as an act of mercy, I'll make it a quick end." said Phantomon as he raises his scythe.
"SUNFLOWMOOOOOOON!" shouts Stella. Suddenly, her artifact glows brightly; a bright light also comes out of Sunflowmon, blinding Phantomon.
"What is this?!" asked Phantomon as he covers his eyes. As Stella looks at her artifact, she sees that one of the buttons on it was glowing brightly.
"Could it be?" Stella says before pressing the button. Sunflowmon suddenly starts to glow brighter.
"Sunflowmon, Digivolve to..." said Sunflowmon as she starts to spin around; when she stopped, she looked like a teenage human girl with pink skin, green shoulder-length hair, and flowers for hands and feet; wearing a green leotard with winglike decorations on the shoulders, and a pink lilac growing on the back of it, along with a pink lilac-shaped hat. "...LILAMON!"
The kids all stare at the Digivolved Sunflowmon with awe, as well as a blush on Rusty's face.
"Whoa, who is that babe?" asked Rusty as he continues to stare at the new Digimon. Stella looks at the screen on her artifact.
"That's Lilamon." said Stella. "Ultimate Level, Fairy Type, Data Attribute Digimon; her special attack is Lila Shower."
Phantomon gets his vision back and stares at Lilamon with his scythe held out.
"You may be an Ultimate Level Digimon now, but you're no match for me!" said Phantomon.
"We'll see about that." said Lilamon.
"Yes, we will!" said Phantomon as he swings his scythe at Lilamon.
"Lilac Dagger!" said Lilamon as a green energy blade comes out of one of her flower hands and blocks Phantomon's attack. Phantomon tries to slash Lilamon over and over again, only for her to block each attack.
"Keep it up, Lilamon!" shouts Stella.
"Yeah, you can do it!" said Rusty.
Lilamon and Phantomon were trying to force each other back with their attacks.
"I will destroy you!" said Phantomon.
Lilamon holds out her free flower hand out towards Phantomon's face.
"Beauty Shock!" said Lilamon as she releases jolts of pink electricity at Phantomon.
"ARRRGH!" shouts Phantomon as the energy surges through his body.
"Shocking, isn't it?" asked Lilamon.
"Ha, ha, ha; good one, Lilamon." said Rusty.
"Don't be such a fanboy, Rusty." said Zach.
"Diabolic Star!" shouts Phantomon as he swings his chain ball at Lilamon, only for her to duck under it.
"Marvel Shot!" said Lilamon as she holds out her blooming flower hands and fires glowing energy orbs out of them that hit Phantomon, doing a good amount of damage.
"Talk about flower power." said Clyde.
"This can't be happening!" said Phantomon. "Dark Sentence!" He then summons up another skull that starts spewing dark fog out of its mouth.
"Watch out for that stuff, Lilamon!" shouts Stella.
"Pollen Spray!" shouts Lilamon as she releases sweet-smelling pollen from her flower hands which cancels out the dark fog and wafts around Phantomon, making him all woozy.
"Why do I feel strange?" asked Phantomon as he drops his scythe.
"He's wide open now!" said Stella.
"Show him what you're made of!" said Rusty. Lilamon glares at Phantomon as she holds out her flower hands.
"Lila Shower!" shouts Lilamon as she fires off countless beams of energy from her petal fingers at Phantomon, each one penetrating his body.
"AUUUUUUUUUUUUGH!" shouts Phantomon as his body starts to disintegrate.
"How did you like that?" asked Lilamon.
"You've done what I thought was impossible; you destroyed the mighty Phantomon." said Phantomon as his body continues to break apart. "But know this, my comrades will avenge my destruction a thousandfold!." His body starts erupting with pink light and was soon completely obliterated.
"She did it!" cheered Stella.
"I knew she could do it the whole time." said Rusty, getting eyerolls from the other kids. As the kids were focused on the scene in front of them, another Vilemon was nearby watching them.
In the Dark Dimension, the remaining generals were watching with shock.
"PHANTOMON!" shouts MetalTyrannomon.
"How can he be destroyed by a bunch of puny Digimon?!" asked NeoDevimon.
"We need to do something about those kids and their allies!" said Cerberusmon.
"Yeah, any of us could be next!" said MetalTyrannomon.
"We have to keep them from obtaining those remaining artifacts." said NeoDevimon. When they look back at the projection, they see a close up of Lilamon's face before the image turns to static.
"Oh great, now we need another Vilemon." said Cerberusmon.
Back at the graveyard, Lilamon, who had her Lilac Dagger out, and the others were staring at a Vilemon that was just finished disintegrating.
"Nice one, Lilamon." said Stella.
"Thanks." said Lilamon. She then reverts back to her In-Training Form of Pabumon, much to Rusty's disappointment.
"Let's head back to Floatia." said Clyde. As the group walks back to the village, Rusty was looking at Pabumon.
"What?" asked Pabumon as she sees Rusty staring at her.
"Feel free to turn into Lilamon anytime you want." said Rusty.
"Don't be a weirdo, Rusty." said Stella.
"I think it's too late for that." said Zach, making everyone, but Rusty, laugh.
Sunflowmon was able to Digivolve to Lilamon and destroy Phantomon. Will the other kids retrieve their artifacts and be able to stop Titamon and his remaining forces? Wait and find out.
