Synopsis
After the Traveler finally reunited with his sister and departed from Teyvat, Zhongli, having fulfilled his duties and witnessed the end of the original plot, turned to the system with a single request: "I want a vacation." The system, ever obliging, responded: “Due to your exemplary performance as Zhongli, a special holiday world has been approved. Wishing you a pleasant journey.” But the moment he set foot in this so-called “vacation world,” Zhongli noticed something... off. Five unfamiliar buildings had suddenly appeared in the heart of Yokohama. Strangely shaped Cursed Spirits stalked him while shopping. And his wallet? As empty as the Geo Archon's emotions. Zhongli, frowning deeply: “System, this is your idea of a vacation?” “Even if all evils stand in your way... the vacation must be completed.” Thus begins the tale of a god trying to enjoy his time off — but fate, curses, and chaos seem determined to follow him. No one can stop Zhongli from completing his well-deserved break... not even the end of the world itself.

Chapter 1 - Chapter 01

That was the end of everything—and the beginning of something entirely new.

On the crumbling Sky Island, the blonde traveler clutched Zhongli's hand tightly, reluctant to let go.

"Waaah… Mr. Zhongli, everyone… goodbye! Even if I leave Teyvat, I'll miss you forever…"

Sora sobbed dramatically, tears streaming down his cheeks like twin noodles, dragging out the farewell with heartfelt exaggeration.

Zhongli stood silently, his golden eyes serene. He bore the emotional weight of the Traveler's goodbye with his usual composure—until he glanced down at the hand being crushed in Sora's grip.

"…That hurts a little."

Still obliviously rambling, Sora continued his overly sentimental monologue, while his sister Ying sighed. Catching Zhongli's subtle discomfort, she grabbed her brother like a misbehaving chicken and pulled him away with practiced grace.

She gave Zhongli a respectful nod before turning to the others of Teyvat. "Thank you all for taking care of us—especially my foolish brother."

Composed and elegant, Ying's parting words contrasted sharply with her brother's noisy farewell.

Then, without further fanfare, the stars aligned. Space shimmered as if cut by light, and the twin Travelers departed Teyvat in a flash of brilliance—just as they had arrived.

Zhongli watched them go, eyes deep with meaning. And in the silence that followed, a voice only he could hear echoed in his mind:

> [System Notification: Main storyline of "Genshin Impact: Teyvat" completed. Congratulations to the Host for fulfilling the role of 'Morax'. World revision complete.]

The system's tone was cold and mechanical, yet Zhongli felt no ripple of emotion. His heart remained still, steady—like the stone he governed.

When he first entered this world, having to play the part of Morax until the main storyline concluded had been daunting. But after living for millennia, witnessing the rise and fall of nations, fighting wars from the Archon War to the battle for Sky Island—it was only natural that such a simple notification no longer stirred him.

He was far more interested in something else.

> [System, is my vacation world ready?]

His original wish—to return to his own world—had long been replaced by a simpler desire: to take a real vacation. He had submitted this request long ago, even before the final battle.

> [Confirmed. Destination: World BJ-188. Classification: Suitable for vacation. Transmission ready.]

> [Hold.]

Zhongli paused.

From the collapsing Sky Island, the allies of Teyvat began to descend. Baal led the way, her demeanor cool but clearly masking emotion. Venti walked beside a tearful Klee, promising to let her ride the Wind Dragon. Kaeya and Diluc followed, the latter scowling, yet steady as he held onto his adopted brother.

It had been a difficult journey—but they had won.

Mandrill approached and bowed. "Master Zhongli, shall we return to Liyue?"

Zhongli nodded.

They flew—or were transported by magic—down to the edge of Liyue Harbor. The sky had begun to brighten; dawn was breaking.

As they stood under the lightening sky, Zhongli turned to face the immortals and followers behind him.

"Peace is hard-won," he said calmly. "From now on, I will travel the continent. There's no need to seek me out—or worry."

Mandrill stepped forward, anxious. "Master Zhongli, allow me to accompany you!"

Others protested too—Cutting Moon, Keqing, even the quiet Gan Yu looked conflicted.

But Zhongli only offered a faint smile. "There's no need. This is merely a journey, not a campaign."

Hu Tao chuckled. "Mr. Zhongli just wants to have some fun, everyone. Don't ruin it. He'll be back after he's had his fill."

Liu Yun nodded with a sigh. "Our task is to guard Liyue well in his absence. That is how we honor the emperor."

Even Tartaglia, who had sneakily joined the farewell crowd, grinned and waved. "Have fun, sir—don't forget to bring cash!"

More blessings followed:

"Stay safe, Your Excellency."

"Eat well, rest more."

"Drink hot water."

At that last phrase—an odd relic of the Traveler's influence—the crowd went silent.

Shangxian's voice roared: "Who dares disrespect the emperor?! Come forward!"

No one moved.

Zhongli turned and walked away, vanishing beyond the Tianheng Mountains.

Once he was beyond their perception, he took to the skies, seeking a secluded cave. There, surrounded by sealing formations, he stood in the center.

Starlight flared around him—like the space-cutting light that carried the Travelers. When the light faded, the god was gone.

World BJ-188: Yokohama.

Before even opening his eyes, Zhongli smelled gunpowder, scorched air, and blood.

As his vision returned, he saw devastation—entire city blocks reduced to rubble, charred corpses scattered like debris, smoke rising from collapsed buildings. The cries of the injured echoed faintly.

Hovering over the ruins were strange, insect-like creatures—tiny, grotesque, and unnatural.

Zhongli opened his mouth.

> [System. This is your idea of a vacation world?]

> [Affirmative. Relative to your power level, the threat here is minimal. You should find this environment relaxing.]

Zhongli was silent for a moment. Technically, the system wasn't wrong. After thousands of years in Teyvat, returning to a powerless, peaceful world would've felt unnatural.

He stepped forward.

Rock elements responded instinctively to him, lifting slabs of concrete with care. Beneath one of them, a small figure stirred.

A boy.

Barely seven or eight years old, wrapped in a tattered adult lab coat, body thin and bruised. His dusty, copper-brown hair clung to his face, and wide blue eyes looked up at Zhongli with dazed fear.

Zhongli crouched and extended a hand. The boy flinched—but allowed the touch.

"What's your name?" Zhongli asked gently, switching to fluent Japanese.

The boy stared at him, hesitant, then finally spoke:

"Chu…ya. Nakahara Chuuya."

Zhongli froze.

Nakahara Chuuya. The name, hair, and eyes all matched.

> [System. What is the full name of this world?]

> [World BJ-188: "Bungo Stray Dogs & Jujutsu Kaisen Comprehensive Universe."]

Zhongli: …

It's not a vacation—it's crossover chaos.

Of course he recognized it. As a well-read god who kept up with mortal culture, Zhongli remembered both series vividly. The details, the dangers, the characters—all rushed back to him in an instant.

Judging by the timing and devastation, this must have been shortly after Chuuya's escape from the lab, and the destruction of Beiling Street.

He looked at the boy in his arms—light as feathers, clearly malnourished.

Zhongli adjusted his posture, supporting Chuuya more comfortably.

"…I've picked you up now. I may as well take care of you."

After all, what's one more child, to a god who had raised countless immortals?

As for the original plot?

That's someone else's problem.

He was on vacation.
