"Axel" I called shaking the still laying Axel.
After I saw Axel in Nova, I did contact Lord Kai back telling him I was ready to see Axel to which he responded with an odd sense of urgency it was almost as if something really bad was about to happen something he had no control over.
Anyways I decided to go see Axel the following day and voila here I am only I didn't expect to see him lying on the floor completely unconscious.
When I got here, I stood outside ringing the doorbell, but no one answered I was starting to think he was not around and was about leaving but I decided against it could be that he didn't want to see me.
So, I entered the code and thankfully it was still my birthday. However, when I got inside it was completely quiet, I searched everywhere but I so no sign off him that was until I got to his room.
And now I'm here trying to get him to wake up.
Thankfully after a few more tries he was stirred awake.
I watched him slowly sit up holding his head it was probably aching him while looking at everywhere vigilantly when he turned to face my though his face was filled with an indescribable expression he immediately stood up while trying to get away from me.
"You stay there don't come closer" he said raising his hands in a defence position I just tilted my head a little partly from confusion partly from curiosity. Why was he so scared? have I really become that ugly?
"Is it because I'm not you new lover I don't think that's a proper way to treat your saviour even if am not your new lover where is she by the way?" I asked turning around for that last part before facing him back.
I was genuinely curios about that when I came in there was no one had she gone out to get something? or was she not living with Axel?
"New lover?" he repeated silent for a second before what seemed like recognition flashed in his eyes.
He looked at me hesitatingly before calling out. "El"
"El" that word kept ringing in my head for God knows how long I have missed him calling me that and hearing him calling me that again stirred something deep inside me something I have suppressed for so long.
"The one and only" I replied completely hiding the fact that the way he called me had an effect on me.
"What are you doing here? wait did you see anyone when you came in?" he asked finally dropping his hands down I couldn't help scoffing before I replied.
"Are you talking about your new girlfriend I didn't see her" No, but seriously, he hasn't seen me in eight years and when he finally does, he is worried about his new lover how outrageous.
"What are you talking about? What girlfriend?" he asked looking at me with confusion in his eye's I just rolled my eyes at that.
"Don't try to play dumb with me Axel, I saw you guys in Nova remember" he seemed to have finally understood what I was saying because he looked at me in a funny way.
"I think you're misunderstanding something here"
"Oh, am I now"
"Yes, you are that... she... wait before I explain what you are doing here you still haven't told me "He said looking at me waiting for an answer I was about saying something before he cut me off.
"You know what scratch that I want to tell you something first you might want to sit down" he said gesturing at the bed while also walking towards it.
I stared at him for a second before walking towards it too.
"Okay I'm listening"
FEW MINUTES LATER...
"WHAT!"
"Calm down El I know it sounds bad but look on the bright side who knew ill be able to create a robot one that looks just like you at that you guys can be twins" he said, and I turned to face him trying with all my might not to do something I'll regret.
"Twins, twins you say you see did I tell you I wanted a twin siter that wanted to kill me isn't my line of work doing a great job at that already" I half yelled making him flinch.
"Calm down okay"
"I swear if I hear that word from you one more time I.." I said pausing at the last word.
I turned from him trying to calm down before facing him back I was no longer sitting on the bed I just stood silently for a while.
"So let me get this straight you have been trying to create a robot version of me for the past eight years because you apparently missed me and recently you succeeded but then you started noticing something weird with her, but you ignored it" I paused there before continuing.
"Then finally you guys went to Nova on a date which got ruined because you saw me then when you got home you didn't know how but she knew she wasn't me and also had memories that you didn't put in her programming like how I left you so now she wants to kill me so you can finally be with you forever"
"Is that right" I asked, and he nodded.
"Oh, you forgot the part where she knocked me out" I just stared at him before sighing.
"I thought she was your new lover who would have known she was a robot" I muttered loud enough for him to hear.
"Wait El were you perhaps jealous" he asked with a mischievous smile.
"Is that really important now" I asked
"I guess not anyways I have explained myself how about you do the same" he said I was quiet for a while before replying.
"LORD KAI IS A WHAT!"
