On 1498 June 13 a new life began in a small fishing village in the North Blue.

It was a joyous day of laughter and celebration.
A healthy child spent years growing until one day he started getting an influx of visions, experiences and knowledge. It wasn't until he was at the age of four when his naive mind came to a realization that those random visions and experiences were not a trick of the mind.
But this did not immediately cause drastic changes in him.
Only months later did he realize that he had been reincarnated.
And he questioned himself. "Why was I reincarnated into ancient history?"
"Okay maybe i exaggerated it a bit too much, but its not much better compared to ancient times..."

After Deller's mother stopped questioning Deller about his day.
Did he take a look of his mother. Only after taking a good look of her did he start to evaluate her in his mind "Hmm deep dark blue eyes and black hair. If not for her eye colour being a bit off she could be a mirror image of Robin.
Although she is much gentler in temperament in comparison to how I remember Robin being.
Though that could just be my lacking knowledge of One Piece.
I didn't really watch One Piece that much.

As dinner was coming to an end Diana, Dellers mother asked a usual question to Deller "I am going to Kaitha's place later. Are you coming along to play with Ruth?"
After debating for a moment he came onto a conclusion, "it doesn't really matter whether ill go or not. So I will go with the usual answer. " He answered "I'll come!"
On his way to Ruth's house Deller tried to remember anything useful in his memories. Something that could determine about when and where he was, but for now he couldn't determine much. He doesn't even know if he had time travelled or transmigrated to another world.
After arriving at Ruth's home, Deller started to interact with Ruth. Like he remembered Ruth was really energetic, so Deller proposed to go play into the forest.
Whether because Ruth was young or energetic he agreed easily.
On their way into the forest Deller was lost in his thoughts as he started wondering. "I wonder if I grew this fast in my previous life. Because I think I was a bit less capable at this age compared to my current self and Ruth, or do we just have good genetics?" As Deller pondered so he started to size up Ruth. "Hmm he definitely has much more endurance compared to kids in my last life.
We've already walked and bounced around for at least 20 minutes and we both seem to be doing just fine."
As he thought so a mischievous thought came to his mind. "Hey Ruth I bet I can easily reach the middle of the forest faster than you."
"Huh you're definitely lying there is no way you're faster than me!"
"Huh since you're so confident. Why don't we race and see who reaches it faster?"
Ruth replied arrogantly. "Sure afterall I'm the fastest in the village!"
But whether it was because of pride or arrogance. He made such claims but he had just played into Dellers hands.
"Oh since you're so sure about your victory the winner can demand the loser to do anything. You wouldn't have any problems with that?"
"O-of course not." Whether he was caught off guard or because he was panicked he agreed to the race.
While Deller was a bit younger and shorter four year old compared to Ruth. He was a fit, black haired, deep blue eyed boy. While it would remain to be seen if his features will follow his mother. Ruth in comparison was a bit of a chubby boy, with brown hair and freckles, he was a bit taller compared Deller. While Deller stood at tall 112cm. comparably Ruth's 121 cm he was a bit short.
"Since you don't have a problem with it we will start 1... 2... 3... go!"
Immediately after Deller took a slight advantage from Ruth. This was because he had the better timing in the countdown.
As they ran Deller was thinking. "In my previous life even though I was no Usain Bolt. I was no slouch either, I was at least into gymnastics even though it doesn't benefit running much, with my mature mindset and with the fact that you are a bit plump means that this will be my win!"
Even though Deller though so the race was still really close.
After the end of the race, even though Deller still won, he was still wheezing hard. "What just happened?, Where am I?" These were the thoughts that were on his mind when he watched Ruth wheezing next to him.
A while later.
"Haha Ruth since I won you will have to fulfill my request right?"
Gritting his teeth Ruth agreed to it.
With a mischievous smile he said. "Good since you agreed, I want you to go into the middle of the village and yell this..."
Immediately Ruth's face turned bright red, as he started to stammer. "N-no way I'm going to yell that"
"Bwahahaha." Deller started to wheeze.
"No problem, I was kidding. I just want you to race with me every day."
Still huffing Ruth hissed. "fine but next time I'm going to win!"
"Hah challenge accepted."
After playing in the forest for a while, they returned back to Kaitha's place, afterwhich Deller and his mother stated to walk toward their home.
On the way home, Dellers thoughts started to wander. "Even though I have lived for over four years here. It feels like I don't truly grasp the intricacies of this world, even though I have been friends with Ruth for as long as I could remember. When I tried to remember whether I could find some discerning factors to find what kind of world I'm in. I could not recognize that Ruth's hight is not normal."
"Well I can't really find out anything for now anyways, but one thing is for sure and that is that this is not Earth. After all what kind of four year old kids can run kilometers in uneven terrain?"
"Though I can beat Ruth in the race for now, who knows what will happen in the future, afterall he seems to be a genetic mutant.
Even though I am really tall for my age, and he is only few months older than me it's not normal for him to be almost 10cm taller compared to me.
But for the race, if I want to keep winning, I need to be prepared."
As he thought this a mischievous smile appeared on his face. "But if I keep training will he ever have the chance to win the race against me.
But just running fast is not the optimal path for life, after all it seems that many things around here are done manually like fishing and farming, so building some muscle is also a good choice.
But I don't know if I should train or how intense the training should be, after all while I and Ruth seem to be genetic mutants. I don't know if training this young will impede my growth."
A mischievous smile appeared on his face as he thought. "I wonder. Should i use Ruth as a lab rat?" After quickly dismissing the thought, he started to musing. "However hilarious as it would be to see a bulky midget, it would simply be too slow for me. So I will just do normal physical exercise."
As he pondered about the training his body could go through. There were much more grander things happening on the seas, after all about two years ago the pirate king Gol. D. Roger was executed in Logue town. Which quickly ignited the great era of pirates.
The whole world is in turmoil, as the new fleet admiral Sengoku, tries to keep the world in order, but as if the current pirates are not nearly enough in his plate, he will soon have much larger problems.
Even as the current Deller wonders about his new world, he would not have any questions about his new world in a moment.
Where the current turbulent sea, where marines only have to worry about pirates, they will soon have two more headaches dumped on them by the World government.
