Chapter 3 - Felicia’s Reflection

Felicia's Reflection:

Most of the time, when someone snaps or acts out, it's not because they want to hurt others. It's because they've been tired—tired of being ignored, unseen, and judged before anyone even knows their story. When you live in a world that looks at you with suspicion or prejudice, it wears you down. It makes you feel small, invisible, or like you don't belong.

That's why it's so important to listen, to acknowledge, and to try to understand. Sometimes, all a cat—or a person—needs is to be seen and heard. When we do that, we break the cycle of anger and pain. We open the door to healing and peace.

So remember, don't take things personally. Behind every harsh word or tough act, there's often a heart that's just tired of being overlooked.

Cartel Cats: A Real L if E Hero

"We Don't Bite"

We don't bite, we don't scratch,

Even when we're cornered,

We don't hatch

Mean little plans or nasty schemes,

We stick together, we chase our dreams.

We don't hiss, we don't fight,

Not unless we have no other choice,

We use our words, we use our voice,

To keep the peace and make some noise!

Chorus:

We're Cartel Cats, we're clever and sly,

But kindness is our battle cry!

We know our rights, we hold them tight,

But we don't bite—no, we don't bite.

If someone's scared or feeling small,

We lend a paw, we never let them fall.

Even when the world is rough,

A gentle heart is strong enough.

Chorus:

We're Cartel Cats, we're clever and sly,

But kindness is our battle cry!

We know our rights, we hold them tight,

But we don't bite—no, we don't bite.

So if you're ever feeling blue,

Remember what we always do:

Stand up tall, shine your light—

And only bite if you must fight.

Chorus (repeat softly):

We're Cartel Cats, we're clever and sly,

But kindness is our battle cry!

We know our rights, we hold them tight,

But we don't bite—no, we don't bite.

Felicia finishes the song, looking at each kitten with pride.

"Remember, little ones, strength isn't about hurting others. It's about knowing your rights, standing up for yourself, and showing kindness—even when it's hard. That's what makes a real hero."
