After finishing the meal, Roland noticed Haruno had already fallen asleep. Not wanting to disturb her rest, he quietly slipped away.
Before leaving, he made sure to check on Yuki. She had suffered terribly, hiding in the bathroom all afternoon without food and tormented by the commotion in the living room. He wondered what she must be feeling now.
As the one responsible for her distress, Roland felt it was his duty to comfort her. Otherwise, how could they ever get along in the future?
