The moment Moyu laid eyes on the fleeing figure, he instantly recognized her. There was no mistaking that small frame and green hair, the scar running from her forehead down past her nose, the partial bone mask on her head, and the teary, self-proclaimed cries trailing behind her as she ran—it was unmistakably her.

The former Third Espada. A Vasto Lorde-class Arrancar. Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck.

Though she now looked like a child, the truth behind that form was anything but innocent. Due to the ambush by Nnoitra and Szayelaporro—two Espadas who could never accept a female being ranked above them—Nelliel had suffered a critical blow. Her mask had been shattered, and her Reiatsu had bled away until her form degenerated from Vasto Lorde to Adjuchas. With that regression came a loss of memories and a shrunken body, leaving behind the girl now sobbing as she fled across the sands of Hueco Mundo.

How or why she ended up in the Forest of Menos Grande was still a mystery. But one thing was certain: if he saved her, Moyu would have leverage—perhaps even a chance to test his cultivation methods on a rare, high-quality spirit body. Her kindness and purity had always set her apart from the brutal Espada. She wasn't like the others. Nilu had always been different.

"She's part of the reason the Menos are in disarray," Moyu muttered, watching the massive mob of Hollows chasing her with wide, feral grins. "There's civil unrest in the ranks."

Yoruichi squinted, holding a hand to her forehead to focus her gaze. As a cat, her eyesight was naturally sharper, and she could clearly make out the dozens of Gillians roaring behind the small figure. "Looks like a young Adjuchas-class Arrancar... They're completely rabid. Something's got them stirred."

Moyu nodded thoughtfully, eyes narrowing. "It's a hunch, but I think the expansion of the Menos Grande Forest is tied to her somehow. These creatures aren't just chasing prey—they're reacting to something deeper. Something instinctive."

"Could be worth saving her then," Yoruichi replied, tone speculative as her gaze locked onto the child. "At her current power level, she poses no threat. And... well, she's kind of adorable."

She stretched her arms in a carefree gesture, mimicking a cradle. "Plus, she's tiny."

Moyu was already raising his right hand, blue sparks beginning to curl around his fingers as a low hum of thunder charged the air. "I'll finish this quickly."

But Yoruichi stepped in front of him, blocking his line of fire. "Your Kidō is overkill."

"You?" Moyu raised a brow, his doubt written plainly across his face.

That single expression was enough to ignite Yoruichi's pride like a powder keg. Her brows twitched, lips pulling into a sharp grin as her golden eyes narrowed with challenge. "Excuse me?! Since when did you get so cocky?"

"Just calling it as I see it," Moyu replied with a shrug. "The Flash Goddess who once ruled Seireitei with speed and elegance... I assumed she'd been retired by now."

"You think Soi-Fon can surpass me?" Yoruichi scoffed, her tone thick with disdain. "That little girl still has a hundred years to go before she catches up!"

With a toss of her head, she cracked her neck and took a step forward, Reiatsu beginning to swirl around her. "Watch closely, Moyu. I'll remind you what real Shunpo looks like."

The moment her words ended, she vanished.

She didn't leap or flash-step. She simply ceased to exist in the space where she stood. A sonic boom echoed where she'd been, Reiatsu bursting outward from her last foothold and sending a shockwave through the air. The pressure forced Moyu to brace himself, watching as debris and white sand were blown backward in her wake.

Instant Coax.

Her figure shot across the battlefield like a streak of light, crossing space in a blink. The instant she breached the perimeter of the Menos horde, chaos erupted. Her presence hit them like a spark dropped into a pool of oil.

"Shinigami!"

"Kill her!"

"She's mine—rip her to pieces!"

The group of Menos Grande that had once pursued Nelliel now turned their focus entirely toward Yoruichi, Reiatsu swelling as they locked onto her like predators scenting new blood.

Perfect.

That was exactly what she wanted.

In this form—melding Kidō, Hakuda, and high-speed movement—Yoruichi embodied the wrath of a war god. Her body became a blur, impossible to follow. And every time she reappeared for even a flicker of a second, a Menos fell. Their massive bodies, once imposing, were nothing more than targets—each one pierced or torn apart before it could respond.

Meanwhile, Moyu remained still for only a heartbeat more. Then he too vanished.

Shunpo ignited beneath his feet as he disappeared from his spot and reappeared directly in the path of the panicked girl.

Nelliel, still running full tilt, crashed into him with a soft thud. The momentum sent her reeling backward as she hit the sand and tumbled, her little body rolling to a stop. She curled into a shivering ball, eyes brimming with tears, her voice trembling as she cried:

"Waaaaah! N-Nilu is scared! Please don't eat Nilu! I didn't do anything! I just got lost!"
