"I need to ensure that everything you just saw will not be leaked out," Dudley said, his voice cold and measured.
Borgin's mind raced as he immediately understood what Dudley wanted.
In the battle just now, the abilities Dudley had displayed were far too powerful. Many times, Borgin had no idea what Dudley had done, yet his opponents had already been struck down by some mysterious force.
This did not seem like magic but rather something more terrifying.
Borgin was not entirely certain, because he could not understand the sounds Dudley had made beforehand. That should be another language, a very mysterious language. Just by speaking it, certain effects could be achieved—much faster than casting with a wand, and with far more unpredictable power.
What was even more incredible was that the caster of all this was merely a second-year Hogwarts student—he was only twelve years old.
All signs indicated that Dudley had dangerous secrets.
"All right, what do I need to do?" After thinking for a moment, Borgin chose to agree.
He had no way out. Otherwise, he had no doubt Dudley would kill him immediately.
Dudley slowly walked over and stood before Borgin. Borgin was not very tall and had a bit of a hunchback, while Dudley had entered a phase of rapid development. At this moment, their heights were about the same, with Dudley even slightly taller.
At this height, they could each see into the other's eyes.
"It is very simple. Look into my eyes," Dudley said.
Borgin's gaze fell upon Dudley's eyes. Beneath the hood was a pair of clear blue eyes that looked as bright as the azure sky.
"Keep Secret!"
Dudley said in Hermes.
As his words fell, Borgin felt Dudley's eyes emit a strange light. In those originally azure eyes, silver-grey and dark red intertwined brilliance emerged, condensing together to form a massive network.
Hum.
The next moment, Borgin felt a strange power descend upon him, like an invisible net firmly binding him within it.
"Everything about me must not be told to anyone in any way," Dudley spoke with absolute authority.
As these words fell, Borgin felt the network acting on him immediately tighten, wrapping him layer by layer from body to soul, then disappearing from sight.
At the same time, the strange light in Dudley's eyes gradually dimmed and then disappeared as well.
Borgin gasped for breath, fine beads of sweat appearing on his forehead. Just now, he had felt unprecedented pressure.
Everything about Dudley had been sealed deep in his soul. He had to do as Dudley had just said and could not violate it.
"Is it similar to the Fidelius Charm?" Borgin thought to himself.
He did not know what Dudley had just done, but from what he felt, that language he could not understand should be similar to the Fidelius Charm—all information about Dudley was required to be absolutely kept secret.
After doing all this, Dudley finally felt somewhat relieved.
The Judge stage's secret-keeping ability could ensure the other party would not leak his secrets. This was not magic but an extraordinary ability, so Borgin would almost certainly be unable to find a way to break it.
"What about them?" After catching his breath, Borgin looked at Gins and the others and asked.
Dudley fell into contemplation.
The best way to deal with these people would be to kill them to prevent his secrets from being leaked.
But at this stage, Dudley also realised he needed to prepare for certain things ahead.
He was now Sequence 6, not far from demigod.
In that strange world, he had already held ceremonies and advanced above demigod—meaning here, he only needed to digest the extraordinary characteristics again, without needing to hold advancement ceremonies again.
This was what Dudley had concluded after several advancements.
This greatly reduced the difficulty of Dudley's advancement. Otherwise, completing a demigod's ceremony in this magical world would be nearly impossible—there are many conditions he could not fulfil.
Besides eliminating the trouble of ceremonies, he also needed some believers as anchors to stabilise his humanity.
Even though being far from that strange world meant he did not often face madness and loss of control, after advancing above demigod, this situation probably would not be so easy to manage.
Moreover, as his power increased, Dudley increasingly felt his humanity slowly fading. He was gradually becoming colder, his emotions already affected.
This was just the Justiciar sequence breaking through to Sequence 6. Later, when his Black Emperor sequence also broke through, this situation would probably intensify.
So developing believers was becoming necessary and urgent.
Fortunately, Dudley had already laid a solid foundation at Hogwarts. As long as he needed it, he could immediately develop a large batch of believers from among his classmates and friends.
What was currently lacking were believers from outside, believers who could help him do things.
Currently, only Cole could barely count as someone he could develop.
Thinking of this, Dudley's gaze fell upon Gins and the others.
"Mmm mmm mmm..." The three struggled violently. Unfortunately, without their wands, they had almost no possibility of breaking free from Dudley's imprisonment ability's bonds.
All their struggles were futile.
Through that transparent prison, Dudley could clearly see the fear and despair on their faces.
"Mr Justiciar, if you want to dispose of them, I can do it for you," Borgin stepped forward at the right moment.
He could see Dudley was somewhat hesitant, thinking Dudley did not want to kill, so he volunteered.
This was also showing loyalty. If he dealt with these people for Dudley, they would be bound together by shared crimes.
"Mmm mmm mmm mmm mmm..." The three struggled even more violently, wanting to speak and beg for mercy but only able to make muffled sounds, unable to do anything.
"Not for now," Dudley spoke.
He looked at Gins and raised his hand, speaking in Hermes.
"Release."
The terrible bonds instantly disappeared. The struggling Gins fell directly to the ground, then joy flashed across his face as he immediately shouted, "Mr Justiciar, spare me! I was wrong; I will never dare again."
"From now on, I am your man. You can make me do anything."
"I can also help you keep secrets and absolutely will not leak a single word."
"As long as you spare me, I will definitely be your most loyal dog!"
Gins spoke at breakneck speed, afraid this Mr Justiciar would not give him time to speak and would directly attack him.
The speed of his grovelling left the other two wizards still bound and utterly dumbfounded.
