(Soon, the red glowing eyes reveal to be a group of Gyarados.)
(Seeing them terrify Team Rocket as one swims up to the periscope.)
(Jessie panics.)
Jessie: "Gyarados!"
Meowth: "Well, what's it doing here?"
(Meowth asks, freaking out.)
(James soon remembers something and nervously says.)
James: "Well, I have heard that Gyarados travel to shallow waters once a year in order to lay their eggs."
(That makes Jessie and Meowth shocked by James' statement.)
(They end up in the Gyarados' nest, and the Pokemon are not liking the intruders.)
(who might harm their eggs, and they begin to ram the submarine.)
Meowth: "They're ramming us!"
(Meowth panics.)
(Soon, the entire herd of Gyarados are surrounding Team Rocket's sub.)
James: "During egg laying season, Gyarados don't like company."
(James says.)
Jessie: "Let's leave,"
(Jessie says.)
James and Meowth: "Aye aye!"
(James and Meowth say.)
(Team Rocket cautiously moves away from the Gyarados's egg laying ground.)
(but one of them ends up firing multiple Hyper Beams at them.)
(Team Rocket frantically try to escape the attack of the Gyarados.)
(Meanwhile, on the ocean surface.)
(Mew and the others are on a speed boat hoping to rescue the others.)
Tomo: "Team Rocket must be around here someplace!"
(Tomo says.)
Mew: "And we better find them fast. I heard recently that this is the Gyarados' Egg laying season, and they do not like intruders in their habitats."
(Mew says.)
(Soon, Misty notices.)
Misty: "Hey, look, guys! Over there!"
(The group looks out to sea to see Hyper Beam being fired out of the water along with Team Rocket's submarine, flying into the air.)
(Mew and the others are shocked to see the event.)
(and soon, one Hyper Beam hits the submarine causing the submarine to be destroyed.)
(The Pokemon trapped in the capsule flies out, and the capsule breaks.)
(Soon, Team Rocket are sent flying in the opposite direction.)
(Team Rocket screams.)
Team Rocket: "Blasting off again!"
(Soon, they've been blasted to the far distance of the ocean.)
(Mew calls out her Pokemon.)
Mew: "Bulbasaur! Ivysaur! Help us out!"
(Soon Bulbasaur and Ivysaur are out of their Pokeballs)
(Mew calls out.)
Mew: "Quick, catch them with your Vine Whip!"
(Bulbasaur quickly catches Pikachu.)
(while Ivysaur catches Eevee and Wave, but Puka continues to fall and hits the water.)
(Raichu cries out.)
Raichu: "Raichu! (Puka, no!)
(Soon, Puka struggles to stay afloat.)
Victor: "Puka!"
(Victor cries out as the waves begin to get rough.)
(Puka continues to struggle to keep its head up.)
Victor: "Puka! Grab on to this!"
(Victor calls out and tosses his surfboard into the water.)
(Puka is able to swim to the surfboard.)
(Victor takes off his shirt, and jumps into the water to swim to Puka.)
(Mew calls out.)
Mew: "Victor, wait!"
(Before anyone can do anything, the wave starts pitching the motorboat.)
(The boat continues to be pushed back.)
(Brock calls out.)
Brock: "The waves are too rough! We're gonna capsize! We have to get back to shore!"
(The motorboat continues to rock the boat away.)
(as Victor is able to swim to the surfboard and reunites on Puka.)
Victor: "Are you okay, Puka?"
(Victor asks.)
Puka: "Pika!" (Just fine!)
(Puka answers.)
(Suddenly, Puka senses something and his body begins to glow.)
(Seeing Puka glowing, Victor realizes it can only mean one thing.)
Victor: "Could. Could it be?"
(Soon, a giant wave appears over the horizon.)
(Victor, and Puka know it can only mean one thing.)
Victor: "It's the big wave, Humungadunga."
(Victor says.)
(Back on shore, Officer Jenny blows the whistle and calls out to everyone with the megaphone.)
Officer Jenny: "A tidal wave is heading for shore! Evacuate the beach and head for high ground, immediately!"
(Everyone evacuates from the shore to see Humangadunga coming this way.)
(and quickly head to higher ground.)
(At the front, Mew and her friends look over the horizon to see the wave, but no signs of their friends.)
Mew: "Victor. Puka I don't see them anywhere."
(Mew says, concerned.)
(The big wave continues to rise into a big wall.)
(Soon, they see someone out on the wave.)
(To their amazement, on top of the big wave are Victor and Puka.)
(Borck and Tomo call out in excitement.)
Borck and Tomo: "They're riding the wave!"
Mew and Misty: "Go, dudes!"
(Mew and Misty call out with glee.)
Pikachu and Wave: "Pikachu! Raichu! (Go, Puka!)
(Pikachu and Wave call out.)
(Soon, Victor and Puka continue to surf on the waves.)
(Victor says to Puka.)
Victor:"This is it, Puka!"
Puka: "Pika!" (Indeed!)
(Puka answers.)
(Victor then brings out his flag that is green with a yellow stripe and has a red 'V' on it.)
(The big wave arrives closer towards the rock pillar.)
(They soon fly off the wave and Victor aims his flag to the rock.)
(Then finally, plants his flag on top of the rock pillar right next to Jan's.)
(Everyone, especially Mew and the others are amazed.)
(Misty cheers.)
Misty: "They did it!"
Brock and Tomo: "Alright!"
(Brock and Tomo shout excitedly.)
(Mew says.)
Mew: "I knew they could do it! Ha! I bet Jan would be pretty proud!"
Pikachu: "Pika!" (Nice job!)
(Pikachu cheers.)
Wave: "Raichu!" (Go guys!)
(Wave cheers.)
(Victor and Puka watch from the wave to see that Victor's flag is finally planted on the top of the rock pillar along with Jan.)
(A little time later, Victor and Puka arrive to show and Mew and the others are here to greet them.)
(Pikachu happily says.)
Pikachu: "Pikachu!" (Great job out there!)
Mew: "Victor, that was awesome! Congratulations,"
(Mew happily says, making Victor laugh.)
Pikachu: "Pika Pika!" (That was cool, Puka!)
(Pikachu happily says.)
Raichu: "Rai Rai!" (It was awesome!)
(Raichu says.)
Puka: "Pi Pi," (It was.)
(Puka says.)
(Victor soon notices a couple of young surfers close by.)
(He approaches them and says with a smile.)
Victor: "Hey, you can do it, too."
(The surfers gasp in surprise.)
(They smile and say.)
surfers: "Alright!"
(Victor smiles from the reply.)
(Then Puka jumps on Victor's shoulder.)
(After the event of Humangadunga.)
(Mew along with her friends, Victor, Puka, and Wave watch from Victor's home.)
(to see Victor's flag planted where Jan's flag is.)
(Mew turns to Victor and happily says.)
Mew: "You did it, Victor."
Tomo: "Yeah. You're a legend, just like Jan."
(Tomo happily says.)
Victor: "Thanks,"
(Victor says.)
(Just then, Wave surfs to Mew, Pikachu, and Eevee.)
(Victor chuckles and says.)
Victor: "I think Wave wants to come with you."
(Mew and the others become surprised to hear it.)
(Mew turns to Wave and asks.)
Mew: "Wave, you want to come?"
Wave: "Rai Rai Raichu," (Yeah. I like to come)
(Wave happily says.)
(Mew smiles and says.)
Mew: "Well, then how can I say no."
Wave: "Rai. Raichu Rai Raichu," (Cool. I'll do my best to be a great Pokemon.)
(Wave says.)
(Mew giggles with a smile.)
(Misty and the others laugh with smiles as well.)
(Suddenly, Misty feels her backpack moving and shaking.)
Misty: "Huh,"
(Misty replies, and turns to her backpack.)
(Misty kneels down as she places Togepi next to her.)
(Then opens her backpack and takes out her Pokemon Egg.)
(It's flickering a bright light rapidly and soon it begins to glow bright.)
Mew: "Misty, your Egg is hatching,"
(Mew says.)
(Everyone watches with excitement to see the egg glowing and soon begins to hatch from its egg.)
(When it stops glowing, a brand new baby Pokemon is born.)
(The Pokemon is a small, ground-dwelling rodent Pokémon with pale yellow fur.)
(Its ear-tips, collar, and tail are black and angular.)
(pink cheek pouches can store small amounts of electricity, and its tiny nose looks like a dot.)
(It also has three spikes on the tip of its right ear.)
(It happily calls out.)
Pichu: "Pichu!"
Misty: "Aww, it's so cute,"
(Misty happily says.)
Tomo: "It looks a lot like Pikachu,"
(Tomo adds.)
(Brock says.)
Brock: "Right. That's a Pichu."
(Mew brings out her Pokedex, and Dexter says.)
Dexter: "Pichu, the Tiny Mouse Pokémon. A pre-evolved form of Pikachu. Pichu charges itself with electricity more easily on days with thunderclouds or when the air is very dry. You can hear the crackling of static electricity coming off this Pokémon."
(Misty kneels to Pichu and says.)
Misty: "Hi Pichu, it's nice to meet you."
Pichu: "Pichu!" (Hello.)
(Pichu happily says.)
(Togepi happily says.)
Togepi: "Togeprrii," (Hi Pichu.)
(Pichu walks to Togepi and they both hug and nuzzle each other.)
(Misty giggles and says.)
Misty: "Look at that, they're getting along already."
(With that, Misty and the others begin laughing.)
(when they see Pichu and Togepi already getting along and playing together.)
(Things have been exciting, Mew has Wave and Misty has Pichu.)
(Finally, with help from Puka and determination, Victor finally was able to fulfill his dreams.)
(It just shows that it's never too late to follow your dreams.)
(Later in the night however.)
(Team Rocket is feeling low after getting washed up on a large rock out at sea.)
(Depressed, Jessie says.)
Jessie: "Well, I think this time we hit rock bottom."
James: "At least we made it to the top,"
(James says.)
(And it's revealed that they are surrounded by Gyarados as they circle around the rock.)
(Then Meowth says.)
Meowth: "All we gotta do is wait for the next Humungadunga. How long could that be? What, couple of days? A week, tops, right? Right?"
(From the looks of it, Team Rocket is going to be stuck there for quite a while.)
