Under the persistent pestering and coaxing of Ye Lingyu and Lin Jing, Xiao Yan had no choice but to conduct some one-on-one close-proximity instruction with each of them. As a highly responsible and outstanding teacher, Xiao Yan naturally shared everything he knew without reservation. Ye Lingyu and Lin Jing, in turn, reaped great benefits from this instructive encounter, absorbing invaluable lessons and insights.
Meanwhile, Hun Dai'er, whose jaw had just barely recovered, was lying in bed resting. She never would have expected that in just the brief time she'd been recuperating, her performance ranking had dropped another two spots… This only proved one thing—there really was a vast difference in talent between people.
After the instruction was complete, Lin Jing no longer called Xiao Yan "Teacher." Instead, she adopted the same intimate form of address that Cai Lin used. According to her reasoning, since Qing Tan already shared a bed with Xiao Yan, calling him that seemed perfectly appropriate. Of course, Xiao Yan suspected what she really meant was, "If you're going to chase after excitement, you might as well go all the way…"
After enjoying a period of warm and fragrant indulgence, Xiao Yan turned his attention back to more pressing matters—specifically, his plan to relocate the entire Dou Qi Continent into the Great Thousand World. Before he could do that, however, he had to return first to make some preparations. At the very least, he needed to finish unifying the entire Tianluo Continent. After all, before moving house, one had to first determine where they were going to move. Moreover, he still had a massive amount of Demon Execution Points to exchange.
As for Xun'er and the others, they naturally needed to seize the opportunity to cultivate diligently in order to reach the goal Xiao Yan had previously set for them. Although they had been frequently engaging in all sorts of chaotic training sessions with Xiao Yan, they hadn't slacked off in their actual cultivation. With the aid of the Sovereign Spirit Liquid that Xiao Yan provided, their advancement was progressing by leaps and bounds, with noticeable improvements every single day.
To accelerate their progress further, Xiao Yan even sent them all into the Heavenly Tomb. Only when they officially broke through to the Dou Di level would he release them. It was only at this moment that Xiao Yan realized—when he originally ascended to the Great Thousand World, he could have just stuffed them into the Heavenly Tomb and smuggled them across…
Given Xiao Yan's current strength, traversing back from the Dou Qi Continent to the Great Thousand World no longer required the time-consuming, painstaking effort of the past. With just a few breaths, he easily reentered the Great Thousand World.
Upon his return, he first stopped by the Sacred Abyss Continent and retrieved the Dragon Inverse Puppet he had stored there. Then, he made his way to the Great Thousand Palace, where he used his Demon Execution Points to exchange for many valuable resources. With over ten billion points in his possession, he nearly emptied out the entire palace's treasury—yet even then, he hadn't managed to use up all his points.
The truth was, with Xiao Yan's current strength, many of the treasures in the Great Thousand Palace were no longer particularly useful to him. His purpose in exchanging them was twofold—first, to lay a strong foundation for his Endless Fire Domain, and second, to prepare resources for Xun'er and the others once they joined him in the Great Thousand World. Additionally, some were meant to enhance his Demon Wrath Nine Absolutes and to advance his auxiliary professions such as alchemy.
As for his so-called "Demon Execution King" title, Xiao Yan didn't care for it in the slightest. It was just an honorary label without any tangible benefits. Before leaving the Sacred Abyss Continent, he also searched for Qing Yanjing, hoping to bring her back. However, no trace of her could be found. She had likely left long ago.
That said, Xiao Yan wasn't particularly worried about Qing Yanjing's safety. After all, she had already broken through to the Heavenly Sovereign level and possessed techniques like the Eightfold Pagoda and a powerful innate body like the Endless Radiant Body. Her combat prowess could rival even mid-grade Immortal Heavenly Sovereigns. Moreover, she was the Divine Maiden of the Ancient Buddha Clan. They treasured her like a rare gem—it was impossible they would do her harm.
He decided that once he was done handling matters at hand, he would personally go to the Ancient Buddha Clan and bring her back. Aside from other things, he still hadn't fully duplicated the Sacred Buddha Pagoda or the Devouring Spirit Violet Flame. Currently, he could only use them for brief periods. Whether Qing Yanjing agreed or not wasn't important—if she refused, he'd just resort to "special methods" and forcibly carry her home.
But before any of that, he had to return to the Endless Fire Domain and completely unify the Tianluo Continent. He needed to establish his own proper power base. Although Xiao Yan had previously founded the Endless Fire Domain, he hadn't been particularly ambitious back then. He understood that the foundation of his faction was far too weak.
Within the Southern Region, he could perhaps dominate one area, but extending his influence beyond that would have been wishful thinking. Since that was the case, it made more sense to bide his time and develop slowly. But now that he had ascended to the rank of Saint-grade Heavenly Sovereign, there was no longer any need to hide. Whoever refused to comply—he'd simply crush them.
The various superpowers that had been eyeing the Tianluo Continent were immediately thrown into disarray. Although many of them were backed by Heavenly Sovereigns, those Sovereigns were at most Immortal-grade. Facing off against a Saint-grade Heavenly Sovereign was beyond their imagination—resistance itself became an act of lunacy.
Some of these so-called superpowers had already taken notice of the newly established Endless Fire Domain and had even crafted plans to deal with it. Yet before they could act, Xiao Yan struck first, obliterating their intentions with overwhelming force. It proved one thing: when the gap in strength is too great, no amount of planning or strategy matters. They had no choice but to abandon the Tianluo Continent altogether.
Even Qing Tan, who had always held great confidence in Xiao Yan, was stunned by his latest breakthrough. She had believed that after this trip, Xiao Yan might reach the peak of Earth Sovereign—maybe, just maybe, touch the threshold of Heavenly Sovereign. But he had gone beyond that, directly achieving the realm of Saint-grade Heavenly Sovereign. It was unbelievable.
Thus, in no time at all, the entirety of the Tianluo Continent was unified under Xiao Yan's banner. Although the Endless Fire Domain was still severely lacking in personnel—aside from Xiao Yan himself, they didn't even have a single perfected Earth Sovereign, let alone a Heavenly Sovereign—no one dared to challenge them. Compared to ancient sects like the Ancient Heavenly Palace, they were grotesquely underdeveloped.
But what did it matter? They had Xiao Yan.
In the Great Thousand World, Heavenly Sovereigns held supreme authority. And Saint-grade Heavenly Sovereigns? They were among the absolute peak of powerhouses. Forget these minor sects that didn't even possess a single Heavenly Sovereign. Even the deeply rooted ancient clans wouldn't risk offending someone like him.
So even though the Endless Fire Domain lacked the qualifications to be seated at the table of the Tianluo Continent, those so-called superpowers made the wisest decision possible—they submitted without hesitation.
