Chapter 11 - Announcement!!

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well, and thank you for taking the time to read this announcement because it is going to be a little longer than usual, but I feel it is important to explain things properly and with the kind of honesty that this community deserves. As some of you may have noticed, my cousin has been less active lately and that is because he is currently very busy with his academic responsibilities. School is demanding a lot of his energy and focus, and as much as he loves writing and being here, he needs to prioritize his studies for the time being. Because of this, he has asked me to take care of this account in his absence, and after some thought, I agreed. This was not a decision taken lightly; for both of us, writing is more than a pastime—it is a passion, a craft, and in many ways, a reflection of ourselves. For him, this account has been a way to express his creativity, to connect with people who love stories, and to explore ideas that might otherwise stay hidden in a notebook. For me, being given the chance to step in is both an honor and a responsibility, because I know that I am not just handling an account but also holding onto something meaningful to him and to all of you who have supported his work.

To be clear, I am not here to erase or replace my cousin's presence. This will always be his account, his foundation, and his vision. My role is to keep it alive and active during this time when he cannot, and to contribute my own stories while respecting the work he has already put in. I have had access to some of his drafts, and sometimes I read them to see if there are projects I might continue, but I do not want to rush that. Every story has a soul, and if I feel that his drafts are too personal or too distinct in his voice, I will leave them untouched until he returns. That said, there may be moments where I feel confident enough to continue something he started, not by changing it into my story but by doing my best to follow the path he has already laid down. I know how much readers value consistency, and I would never want to betray the spirit of his work.

At the same time, I also want to share something of my own. Writing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and it is something that has always connected my cousin and me. We would spend hours talking about plots, characters, and imaginary worlds, bouncing ideas off each other, sometimes even debating how a certain story should end. Our conversations were a mix of fun and creativity, and they reminded me that stories are not just words on paper but living things that grow and change as people engage with them. Because of this shared passion, it feels natural for me to step into this role. I will be publishing some of my own stories here, and while my style may not be identical to his, I believe that is actually a strength. Variety adds depth, and I think you will find similarities in the way we both approach writing, as well as differences that bring fresh energy to this space.

I know change can be unsettling. If you have followed this account for my cousin's work, it might feel strange to see someone else posting under his name. That is why I am taking the time to explain this transition in detail rather than just saying something short like "Hey, I'll be handling the account." I believe you deserve clarity and respect. This is not only about writing; it is also about trust. You have supported my cousin, encouraged him, and motivated him to keep creating. That support is valuable, and I want to honor it by being upfront about who I am and why I am here. I am not a stranger to storytelling. I may not have been the one behind the drafts you have already read, but I am someone who shares the same dedication and joy in creating worlds, building characters, and exploring human emotions through fiction.

As I take on this responsibility, my hope is to continue the sense of connection that my cousin has built with you. This account is not just about publishing; it is about interaction, community, and shared passion. I want to hear from you, just as he did. Your feedback matters. Your comments matter. Your presence matters. Stories are not complete until they are read, and readers like you are part of the creative process in ways that go beyond likes or views. You inspire us to keep going, and I hope you will extend that same energy to me as I step into this space temporarily.

It might help to share why I accepted this role in the first place. When my cousin asked me, I hesitated at first because I did not know if I could live up to his standards or meet the expectations of his readers. But then I realized that this was not about perfection; it was about keeping a flame alive. If I can share even a fraction of the passion we both hold for storytelling, then I believe it will be worth it. Writing for me is not simply about crafting entertainment, though I do hope my stories bring joy and excitement. Writing is also about reflecting on life, exploring emotions, and asking questions that matter. It is about creating something meaningful out of imagination and giving shape to thoughts that words alone sometimes struggle to capture. That is the mindset I will carry with me as I publish new works here.

I will not pretend that my voice is the same as my cousin's. You will notice differences in style, in pacing, maybe even in the themes I choose. But you will also notice that at the heart of it, we are both storytellers who care deeply about what we write and the readers we share it with. That is the thread that connects us, and that is what I hope will shine through as I post. I ask only that you give my stories a chance, approach them with an open mind, and let me know how they resonate with you.

Lastly, I want to take this moment to express gratitude. First and foremost, to my cousin, for trusting me with something so personal and valuable. This account is not just a platform—it is his creative world, and to be invited into it is an honor. Second, to all of you, for being here. Whether you have been following for a long time or are new to this page, your presence is what makes all of this meaningful. And third, to writing itself, because without it, none of us would be connected in this way. Stories are powerful. They transcend distance, circumstances, and sometimes even time. They bring us together, they comfort us, they challenge us, and they remind us that imagination is limitless.

So, while my cousin is away focusing on his academic responsibilities, I will be here. I will post, I will share, I will write, and I will keep this account alive with the same passion that has always fueled it. When he returns, I will gladly hand it back to him, and until that moment, I will do my best to honor his work and your trust. This is both a responsibility and a privilege, and I do not take it lightly. Thank you for your patience in reading this long message, thank you for giving me this chance, and thank you most of all for your love of stories. Stay tuned, because there are many words still waiting to be written, and I am excited to share them with you.
