A/N: I don't feel like rewriting chapter one so deal with it monkeys

When I told Kuro to create life, I had completely overlooked one thing—he had no powers of his own. His eyes stared back at me, waiting for an answer, a spark of expectation in their depths. For a moment, silence lingered between us, until I finally spoke.
"...That's my mistake. If you cannot create life as you are, then I shall grant you a system. A special system—one that allows you to grow stronger, endlessly."
The words hung heavy in the vast emptiness of our realm. Starlight shimmered faintly in the distance, born from my earlier creations, yet most of this place was still a blank canvas.
"Oh, and Kuro," I added with a faint smile, "since you are my first creation, I'll also give you authority over many things. You won't just grow—you'll rule a System."
His head tilted slightly, his black hair falling over his face, eyes filled with innocent confusion."My creator… uhm… what's a system?"
He sounded so lost, so human in that moment, that I couldn't help but chuckle.
"My bad. I should've explained. A system is… like an invisible guide. It gives you strength, skills, knowledge, and even authority. Think of it as… a tool that helps you reach greater heights than anyone else."
Inwardly, I muttered, Man, I really sound like an otaku right now. The thought made me blush in embarrassment, though Kuro didn't notice.
"Thank you for explaining, my creator," he said sincerely, bowing his head with grace.
I exhaled and spread my hand across the void. Glyphs and lines of light twisted into existence, forming a framework that pulsed with divine energy. My thoughts shaped its form, my will forged its laws.
"I shall call it Administrator Locks," I declared. "With this system, you will experience Infinite Growth. Your stats will multiply every second by nine thousand times. Agility, strength, magic—it will never stop. Beyond that, you'll have abilities beyond mortal comprehension, and full administrator authority."
I turned back to Kuro, who watched with awe. "I now grant you your Authority. Its name will be Zero. Say the word, and the system shall awaken."
He spoke it softly. "Zero."
Light engulfed him instantly, flooding the darkness around us. His form radiated like a newborn sun, his aura warping space itself. For a moment, he seemed less like my creation and more like a god in the making.
When the glow finally settled, Kuro's eyes trembled with emotion."Thank you, my creator, for your powerful wisdom."
I waved my hand dismissively, though a faint smile lingered."Don't thank me yet. I also grant you the ability of Creation—without any limitations. Use it well."
As I turned to leave, a sudden flicker appeared in my vision: my status window. My gaze fell upon a strange tag: NONAME.
"What? I don't have a name? I thought my old one would've carried over…" My chest tightened for a moment. Then, determination hardened my expression. "Fine. If that's how it is, then I'll name myself… Kokushin no Kami."
The moment I declared it, the name etched itself across my status board in golden letters, glowing with divine resonance.
I turned back to Kuro."Kuro, there's something I need to tell you."
But when I looked at him, I froze.
He had already created. Entire constellations dotted the once-empty sky. Stars pulsed in rhythm, orbiting around planets that shimmered with new oceans and skies. Beings—tiny, fragile, but alive—walked upon the lands he had formed.
"Y-you…" I whispered in disbelief. "You've already created life?"
Kuro lifted his eyes from his own status window, where countless new authorities shone. "Yes, my creator?"
"I plan on leaving this realm," I said, voice steadier than my heart.
His expression tightened. "Leaving? What for?"
"I want to visit other worlds. But before I do, I want you to keep creating—more life, more realms. Push further than what I started."
For a moment, doubt flickered across his face, but it quickly faded. He bowed deeply."I understand. But… when will you be leaving?"
"I'll leave once I've prepared everything I need for my reincarnation," I said firmly. "No more questions."
Turning away, I stretched out my hand and began forging something entirely new. A golden sphere of countless gears and magic circles spun into existence. Its presence made the very void tremble.
"The Godly Gacha System," I declared. Unlike ordinary systems, this one contained not only stats and skills, but bloodlines themselves. I poured fragments of memory from my old world into it—anime powers, legendary skills, and even some custom creations of my own.
My destination: the world of High School DxD. A place overflowing with opportunities. There, I would be reincarnated as Rias Gremory's twin brother.
I turned back to Kuro one final time. "When I return, I expect to see countless civilizations, worlds, and supernatural beings. Show me progress."
"Yes, Lord," Kuro said, bowing once again.
My body began to dissolve into motes of light. A kaleidoscope of colors swallowed my vision as my soul was torn through the fabric of worlds.
Then—darkness.
When I opened my eyes again, I was a baby. My body felt fragile, tiny, but my mind was clear. My gaze flicked to the side, where I saw Rias being born from Venelana. Zeoticus stood proudly by her side, though his attention soon turned to me.
He lifted me up gently, but before anything else could happen, a vibrant glow appeared before me.
{Ding: User has the option to roll one Gacha. Click here to roll.}
I tapped the notification instinctively.
{Reward: Dragon Ancestor Bloodline}
'What the hell?! Why would I get such an overpowered bloodline right at the start?!' My thoughts raced in disbelief.
Startled, I accidentally smacked Zeoticus in the face with my tiny hand. Another notification instantly popped up.
{Ding: For more Gachas, the user must complete missions.}
I rolled my eyes mentally, already expecting that. But then—another one appeared.
{Ding: Mission — Hide your Dragon Bloodline for 7 years. (Reward: 20 Godly Gachas) (Penalty: None)}
'This isn't too hard,' I thought, calming myself. 'But other dragons might sense the blood of their ancestor. I'll have to avoid them at all costs until the time is right.'
As I pondered my next steps, I realized—Rias had already been born.
To be continued…
