Chapter 29 - Chapter 29: Yolk of War (One Piece)

Welcome back to another chaotic one-shot from The Voidwalker Chronicles!

In this multiverse-hopping mess, Nero Angelo drops into iconic anime worlds—sometimes to save the day… other times to ruin someone's entire year for fun.

Expect absurd power scaling, disrespectful pranks, emotional gut punches, and of course—Clucknor the Void Chicken™.

This series is for fun, parody, and unhinged chaos.

Now then… let's dive into the madness.

The air pulsed.

Luffy's massive fist blocked out the moon, cartoonish clouds spiraling around his Gear 5 form like a Looney Tunes fever dream. The Straw Hats were gripping the railings of the Thousand Sunny, jaws unhinged, eyes wide.

"HE'S GONNA KILL US ALL!!!" Usopp shrieked.

"He's gonna kill himself!" Nami yelled.

Jinbe's arms were crossed, but his brow twitched. "… That attack's too big. It's reckless, even for Luffy."

On the other side of the deck—

Nero stood calm. Still unbothered.

Clucknor was perched on his head, wings folded, eyes half-lidded in godlike disinterest.

The planet-sized fist came down.

"GOMU GOMU NOOOO…"

"DAWN BREAKER!!!"

Nero exhaled.

Then, casually—he reached up, grabbed Clucknor with both hands like a double-barrel launcher… and aimed.

"Clucknor," he said coldly, "Scatter mode."

Clucknor's eyes gleamed.

BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM—

A barrage of eggs exploded from his beak at hypersonic speed. The shells shimmered mid-flight, glowing gold, spinning like divine artillery rounds. Some ricocheted off the fist. Others phased through it, warping Luffy's cartoon physics on impact.

The first egg hit Luffy in the eye.

The second went down his nose.

The third…

Cracked. Time.

Everything froze.

Zoro blinked. "What the—?"

The Thousand Sunny was suddenly in black and white.

Luffy was stuck mid-air, his giant fist paused in mid-slam. His face stretched in some cosmic mixture of fury and what-the-actual-hell confusion.

And Nero?

Nero walked up his fist. Calm. Silent.

Clucknor clucked once. Loud enough to echo across the sea.

Nero reached the top—stood on Luffy's oversized knuckles—and leaned down just enough to look him in the eyes.

"… You're creative. I respect that," Nero said quietly. "But you broke reality too soon."

He tapped Luffy on the forehead.

Time snapped back.

BOOOOOM!!!

The fist deflated like a balloon mid-swing, spinning Luffy like a pinwheel. He launched backward, bounced off the mast, and landed in a tangled mess of limbs, feathers, and steam.

Clucknor landed beside him with a smug thunk.

Robin blinked. "… Did that chicken just phase through space?"

Franky whispered, "… What kind of Super Chicken is that…"

Jinbe finally stepped forward. "You went too far, Luffy."

Luffy lay there, dizzy. "…I just wanted to punch a guy…"

Clucknor hopped up on his chest and laid an egg directly on him.

"… Huh?…" Luffy muttered, defeated.

Nero turned toward the rest of the crew, eyes half-lidded. "So. Who's next?"

The crew collectively took one step back.

Then Usopp screamed:

"NOPE! NOT ME! NOT IT! I GOT—AAAHHHHH!!"
