Chapter 118 - 118. Yvonne's Home

On the full moon of November, Rudolph stood at the edge of the square, watching the people of the city having fun.

It was a day to be enjoyed. The evil god-priests had been eliminated, and the werewolves had quieted down a bit, making the people of the city feel much better.

Although food was still very tight and there were still many beggars on the streets, in the end the pressure was much less.

Mr. Pulley, the red priest who presided over the ceremony, stirred up the emotions of the people and preached the horror of werewolves and evil gods. The butcher,

the butcher of the city, sharpened his butcher's knife at the side, preparing to chop up the werewolves.

Rudolph looked at the altar, but his thoughts were far away.

It was November again, and it was the month of Scorpio again. He had been here for a whole year.

It had been a hurried year, and a lot had happened.

He had become a wizard's apprentice inexplicably, and with the help of the star map, he had quickly been promoted to a 1st-level wizard.

There had been warnings, as well as advertising and expansion.

From keeping a close eye on the surroundings to being extremely familiar with the city of Leman.

He had never stepped on an ant intentionally, and had the courage to help an old lady who had fallen. He

was quite serious about his work, and he did not let his laziness stop him from doing important things.

He had robbed other people's things, and he had also been robbed by others.

He had a few friends he could chat with when he had nothing better to do.

When he had nothing better to do, he could go to 1 Paget Street and have some fun. Today Rudolph was dining at 1 Paget Street, and Sir Jennifer was becoming more and more pleased with him. He had a good mind, and he never felt guilty about anything or held a grudge.

The beggar pulled off Rudolph's clothes and pulled him out of his reverie.

"Merciful sir, please give me something to eat."

Beggars rarely look for men alone, and couples, a man and a woman, would be very generous, but this beggar was too hungry.

When the beggar saw the man in front of him turn around and show a police badge on his chest, he panicked and wanted to run away. The man was a patrolman, and he scared the beggar.

Rudolf reached out and grabbed the beggar by the shoulder, preventing him from running away.

He pulled out a coin worth 2 copper shields and handed it to the beggar.

The beggar took the money and ran away without even thanking him. He was scared. The patrolman did not like these beggars, who spoiled the appearance of the city.

Rudolf looked at the beggar's bare feet and thought that he must be very cold. It was already November.

There was an explosion of muttering.

"This blood is so sweet..."

"Fresh blood is like intoxicating wine..."

The night was indeed quiet. The Tribunal's actions had scared off all potentially dangerous elements. There was only one kind of muttering in the city of Leman.

The apostles who uttered this muttering were ready to perform. Their desire was so strong that even the full moon could hear it.

Rudolf was a little confused. Who on earth could continue to mutter blood-related mutterings for a whole year?

This time there were two mutterings that were different from the previous ones.

Blood is always associated with vampires. Is a new vampire coming?

Rudolf suddenly remembered something. Yvonne had not come to the square today.

He was supposed to take her to undergo the transformation period on the night of the full moon in the second half of the night. He did not know where she had gone.

But soon Yvonne came to the square and stood next to Rudolf.

Rudolf didn't ask much. Yvonne always ran out alone these days.

After the sacrifice ceremony, Rudolf and Yvonne took the two dogs that had been beaten to death and prepared to head to the suburbs to deal with them.

As the number of werewolves increased, the dogs in the city suffered.

The wild dogs were either beaten to death or waiting to be beaten to death. Even large domestic dogs were registered with the Red Church and could be requisitioned at any time.

After burying the wild dogs, Rudolf and Yvonne drove to the suburbs.

Rudolf modified the smoke bombs issued by the police station so he didn't have to worry about getting flammable materials to burn off the toxic smoke. He only needed one or two smoke bombs to produce a large amount of toxic smoke in a short time.

Under the effect of paralysis, the white wolf's transformation can be easily controlled. After the White Wolf's transformation, he will be unconscious for a while, and Rudolph's paralyzing toxin cannot be precisely controlled in dosage.

Rudolph put the clothes on Yvonne, who had already completed the transformation, and quietly waited for Yvonne to wake up.

This is also Yvonne's most vulnerable time.

After a while, Rudolph asked, "You're awake."

"Huh? How do you know I'm awake?"

"The breathing is different."

The breathing sounds in a coma and when waking up are very different, so Rudolph heard it right away.

Rudolf said, "Come on, let's go back."

"Then turn around, I want to put my clothes on."

Is that necessary? Where I haven't seen it on your body?"

Yvonne pulled her leg out of the police windbreaker and gave Rudolph a light kick.

"I just watched it, every month, is there any need to hide from me?"

Yvonne started whining under the windbreaker, and Rudolph smiled and left, no longer teasing Yvonne.

Putting on her coat, Yvonne said, "Let's go back."

Rudolph started walking toward the police station, but at a fork in the road, Yvonne pulled Rudolph and motioned for him to go in the other direction.

"Huh? Not going back to the police station? Where are you going?"

Yvonne did not answer, but simply asked Rudolph to follow her.

The direction became more and more wrong. It was the road to Paget Street, and Rudolph now knew Paget Street well.

Soon Yvonne took Rudolph to Paget Street and stopped at a house.

According to the house number, it was Paget Street No. 15.

Yvonne said: "You gave me a lot of money, that's why I bought this house. I want to have my own house in Leman."

Hearing that Yvonne had bought it, Rodolph was very happy:

"Not bad, not bad, Yvonne, when you earn money, you have to enjoy life. Why did you choose Paget Street? It's quite expensive here. That's where the rich people of Leman live."

Yvonne said, "You always come to Paget Street, that's why I bought a house here. You must really like Paget Street, huh?"

"It's... it's..." Rodolfo didn't know how to explain.

Yvonne simply grabbed Rodolfo's hand and walked into the house.

It's a beautiful two-story brick and stone house with a high sloping roof and white walls.

"It's not easy to clean such a big house alone."

"I hired a servant, otherwise I can't do it alone."

"Why didn't you tell me before, I would have helped you."

"Kelita came to help me, I wanted to surprise you."

Unexpectedly, after half a month, Yvonne got herself a house.

Rudolf was sitting in the living room on the first floor. He saw the brand new covers on the sofas and carpets in the house and thought they were gorgeous.

"I was wondering why you always go out alone lately. It turns out you're here to get your own house."

Yvonne didn't sit on the sofa like Rudolf, but stood up and asked, "Then why don't you use your crystal to watch me?"

"We're friends. There's no danger in Leman Town. You can go there. We all need our own space."

Yvonne stood by the stairs and said nervously, "Rudolf, the second floor is pretty nice too. Why don't you go up and take a look?"

Rudolf was stunned for a moment, then stood up quickly. "Then I must take a look. A good look."

On the large bed in the master bedroom, Rudolph again saw Yvonne's unusually high waist-to-hip ratio.

The waves on her hips were like ripples that moved one after another to her waist, and finally, since Yvonne had no excess fat on her waist, they gradually disappeared.

Rudolf stood, shifting awkwardly from one foot to the other, looking at the bed as if it were a minefield. Yvonne was sitting on the edge, biting her lip, and her eyes, usually sparkling with laughter, were now serious and a little frightened. The room was silent, broken only by the soft ticking of the clock.

He took a step, then another, until he was next to her. Rudolf reached out and touched her cheek. Yvonne's skin was soft and hot. She closed her eyes and he saw her eyelashes flutter.

"Yvonne," he whispered, and his voice seemed foreign to him, hoarse.

She opened her eyes and looked at him. There was anticipation in her gaze, fear, and something else he could not recognize. He leaned down and touched her lips with his. The kiss was gentle, clumsy, but full of desire.

Yvonne responded to the kiss and he felt her body relax under his touch. Rudolf deepened the kiss, and now there was a passion in it that had previously been hidden deep inside.

He ran his hand through her hair, feeling its silkiness. Slowly, hesitantly, he began to unbutton the buttons of her blouse. Yvonne helped him, and soon the blouse fell to the floor. Her breasts were perfect.

Rudolf froze, admiring her. Yvonne smiled at him, and this smile gave him courage. He took off his pants and threw them next to her blouse.
