CHAPTER 30
CHLOE'S POV
WEDNESDAY
"What do you mean you girls won't cook?", Matt was quite surprised.
Today, Jess and I decided not to cook or order food.
"We're taking the day off and you guys have to make breakfast, lunch and dinner", I smirked while Keith just smiled.
"It won't be a problem", Keith said, shrugging casually.
"What do you mean, man?", Matt asked with a confused face.
"He's an expert when it comes to cooking", I replied, earning a teasing smile from Jess and Matt.
"And how did you know that?", Jess asked.
"He's cooked for me a few times", I said, my cheeks heated up.
" Well, I guess you're gonna show me the ropes then", Matt said, and he and Keith went to the kitchen.
" So, what's up with you and Keith?", Jess pulled me to the living room and asked.
" Nothing", I said, trying to fight back a smile.
" Don't lie to me", she warned.
"What do you want me to tell you?"
"The truth, about how both of have been secretly spending time with each other and cuddling"
"How'd you know?", I gasped.
How did she know?
"I have eyes and I know you like him"
"Just a little crush you say? A little crush doesn't lead to intense make out sessions", she wiggled her eyebrows, teasing me.
"You're spying on us now?"
"No, but I can hear your moans, from miles away"
"You're just joking"
" But, on a serious note, I know you two have been making out, secretly. Don't ask how I know, okay, you have the glow"
" What glow?", this is the second time she mentioning this glow.
" The way you seem really cheerful, and how your eyes sparkle when you look at him...."
"Are you done?"
"I just started", she said and we laughed.

KEITH'S POV
"So, have you told her yet?", Matt asked when we were still cooking. We were making banana bread and maybe banana jam.
"Yeah"
"What'd she say?"
"She freaked out at first but now we're cool"
"You're dating now?"
"No, but we're cool"
"Ok. So, what'd you guys do yesterday when we were away?", he asked and I know he was trying to tease me.
" Nothing", I said as quickly as possible, my cheeks burning.
" Saying nothing means you guys did a lot of things", he squealed like a girl.
" Would you please stop?", I was shy.
I've never really been shy before when we're talking about Chloe, I feel like I'm a whole different person.
"Well, as guys, I think we should hang out more often", he suggested.
"Yeah, you're a cool dude"
"You thought I'd be difficult?"
"No offense but, yeah"
"No offense taken, I do get that a lot. Maybe it's because of my height, my muscles...", he kissed his muscles and I chuckled.
" You're so funny"
"I'm serious. Look at these big guns. They can take out 4 guys in few minutes"
"I won't argue", I was done putting slices of banana bread on the four plates.
"Are you done with the jam?", I asked, placing the plates on a tray.
"Yeah but honestly man, I don't think this is gonna taste good", he scratched the back of his neck.
"There's no going back now. Just bring it along", I said and he placed four jars of banana jam on a tray.
"Let's go", I said and we head to the dining room.
"Breakfast is served!", Matt yelled.
"You know you could have just went there to tell them"
"Would have been a waste of energy and time", he shrugged and I shook my head.
He's complicated
" Something smells amazing", Chloe beamed when they came into the dining room.
"You guys made these? I'm impressed", Jess commented.
"Nah, it was all him", Matt patted my back.
"Dude, gimme a hand with the coffee?", I asked Matt but Chloe responded instead.
"I'll do it", she rushed into the kitchen and I followed her.
"Seems like you're in a hurry to have some alone time with me, huh?", I smirked.
"Don't be so full of yourself. I just wanted to avoid Jess' stupid questions", she rolled her eyes.
She then went to the coffeemaker and poured in some coffee grounds.
"You know, I love what you're wearing", I hugged her from behind, my hands resting on her hips. I heard her breath hitch and I smiled.
She was wearing leggings and a cropped shirt. Her hair was let down so I tucked a few strands behind her ear.
"What if someone sees us like this?"
"I don't care"
"How can you possibly not care?"
"Because I'm in love with you"
"Ok, that's enough", she turned around and rested her back against the kitchen countertop.
"I think I broke you", she said, checking my temperature.
"I'm perfectly fine", I chuckled at her childish act.
"What's taking so long?", she yelled from the dining room.
"See? Just let me concentrate", she turned to face the coffeemaker and I groaned.
"You aren't paying attention to me again", I whined.
"Just help me with the other two cups", she carried two teacups and left to the dining room.

CHLOE'S POV
"Let's play a guessing game", Jess uttered.
We are all currently in the lounge, lying on the floor, facing the ceiling doing absolutely nothing.
" Nah", Matt said.
" I'll pass"
" Me too", Keith concurred with me.
" Then what should we do?", she pouted.
" We could play hide-and-seek?", I suggested.
" C'mon, are we kids?", Jess said with a frown.
" We don't have to be kids to play hide-and-seek", Keith said and Matt nodded.
" So, who's gonna seek?", I asked.
" Me! Me! Me! I love seeking", Matt squealed.
" Are you sure he's not a little girl?", Keith joked and we laughed while Matt pouted.
" It's not funny", he grunted.
"Okay, so you'll stay here and count to 20, while the rest of us hide, got it?", I instructed.
"Yeah", he giggled and I shook my head. He's a games person.
"One.....two....", the rest of us got up and left the lounge. Jess went to the direction of the kitchen while Keith and I went to the indoor cinema and hid behind the door.
The indoor cinema is probably the last place Matt would look because he hardly ever comes here. He complains that it's to secluded from the house but actually it isn't.
"Can't you find somewhere else to hide?", I asked Keith with a frown but his lips curled up into a smile and it was contagious.
"I can't because I want to be with you", he stood in front of me and wrapped an arm around my waist and placed the other above my head, trapping me against the wall.
"What are your plans?", I had to suppress an eye-roll.
"Maybe I don't have any plans. I just wanted sometime with you"
"Oh really?", I leaned closer to him and brushed my lips on his and moved my head back.
"You're playing with fire, darling", he claimed my lips with a passionate kiss. I felt my knees buckle.
I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer and lower.
God, why do I have to be so short??
He lifted me up and I wrapped my legs around his torso. He moved forward and my back pressed against the wall to keep me steady, then he left my lips and kissed me neck.
"Kay..... I think that's enough", I tried to be stern but it came out as a moan.
He only smiled and continued placing peppered kisses on my collarbone.
I bit my lower lip to suppress a moan.
Then I heard footsteps.....
"Keith, someone's coming", I whispered and he pulled away.
