Everyone was in surprise when Suzuha had declared Mio the winner of the fight, Gwen muttered to herself "Wow, that was.... intense.", Yuki muttered In response "Mio went completely crazy. So you're telling me she would have killed Rem if Suzuha didn't step in?". Astera thought to herself while looking at Mio "Mio Misaki of the demon country. The demons are known for their insane energy reserves, brutality in power and the race with the most unhinged explosive force and numbers.They were so intense to the point that all demons were cursed into devolution in strength. Demons nowadays now have limits to what ever powers they can muster. But even still, if they force themselves hard enough, they can break those limits despite that curse.". Mio got up on her two feet and apologized while feeling a little embarrassed "Oh, well I'm sorry about that miss Suzuha.", the chains of flames that held her hands dissappeared. Suzuha then says to Mio "Its fine. Infact, its my fault. I should have stopped the match earlier or something. Next time, just be careful when you're fighting in an event like this, its not a mission.", Mio replied "Understood.". Mio turned to Rem and asked "Are you okay?", Rem was injured with some burns scars and bruises, she had a grin on her face despite her bones feeling like they were breaking and burning at the same time "Yeah, I'm fine", she replied as she stretched out her hand to grab Mio's in order to get up. Suzuha then explained "This would be all for today's match, you all would come back tommorow for the final matches that would complete the elimination round. You are now dismissed.". Lydia took a sigh and thought to herself "That's a relief.", she glanced at Mio and Rem who were walking out of the arena "I'm so glad I didn't fight Mio. If it were Rem, I'd be able to deal with her easily, but Mio is a danger zone.". As the girls were walking on the quiet city streets at around 10:30AM, Yuki looked around "It sure is quiet this morning, don't you think?", Gwen explained "Offcourse it is. Most kids are in their assassination exams, and most of the adults in the city are soliders that are either being referees for the elimination rounds, or are busy training.", Lydia added "Well it's still not supposed to be this quiet.", Marallda then muttered "Yeah, you do have a point tho.". As the girls were walking together, Regina looked at Mio who was walking before them "Mio, you like the thrill of an intense fight, you grin like a mad person when everything is going south, and that crazy power of yours that flares out of your body is something to be scared off. The actual scary thing is that she can control herself. She knows when to go crazy and when to tone it down. Exactly what are you, Mio?", Regina thought to herself. Mio then looked back and called to Rem "Hey, Rem.", Rem replied "Hm? What's wrong, Mio?", Mio replied as she pointed "You see, there's a hospital down the road. Just go their since you're feeling injured.", a teasing smile grew on Rem's face "Oh? Are by chance worried about me? That so sweet, but I'm fine, there's no reason to worry. Plus your attacks weren't that lethal.". Every girl in the group had slightly confused looks on their faces, they all had one single word that screamed out in their heads "CAP!", Regina even had a nervous smile on her face as she looked at Rem after hearing what she said "Bold words for someone who almost got killed.", she thought to herself, Marallda also thought to herself while trying to process what Rem had said "Yeah, i get that Rem was pulling crazy stunts in her fight against Mio, but those stunts became useless by the time Mio had grabbed her." . Gwen on the other hand was clearing her throat in a sarcastic manner, and the rest of the girls pretended they didn't hear anything "She better go to the hospital now before she randomly collapses.", Lydia muttered, Yuki nodded with a wierd smile "Agreed.". Lydia looked back and saw that Racheal had a straight face, she hadn't said anything since her fight against Regina, Lydia clicked her tounge again "What is up with her?", she thought to herself before facing forward. Regina also glanced back as she noticed Racheal's odd quietness "She's probably feeling salty that her sister lost to me. I can't say I don't understand her anger, but still, she can't be a sore loser like that.". A few hours go bye and the girls were all separating, Gwen waved "I'll see you guys tomorrow, okay?", Marallda waved back "Yeah, see ya.". Lydia waved as she and Racheal were going their own way "Yeah, we're gonna definitely see tomorrow.", Mio also waved as she and Regina were going the same path "Yeah, later.", Rem waved with a smile "Yep.", they all went their separate ways. As Mio and Regina were walking by themselves, Regina asked "Mio, why are you feeling guilty?", Mio replied after keeping quiet for a couple of seconds"....I don't know.". As they continued to walk, Mio asked "Regina? Did I over do it back there? In my fight against Rem.", Regina kept quiet for a few moments "Well, I won't say you over did it, but at the same time, you could have had more self awareness.", Mio had a sad smile growing on her face after hearing Regina's opinion "Oh, i see.", she responded. Regina took a sigh "Mio, look. I understand you didn't mean to go that far in the match, but it wasn't your fault. Although, to be fair, you were excited to go your turn, that and the fact that Rem was also going crazy too, so I don't blame you.". Mio then asked "So, what do you think I should have done? I didn't mind being unhinged, but the fact that I would have killed Rem is what's bothering me.", Regina had a soft smile as she tilted her head to Mio "Well, we were told to go all out, you basically followed the orders given to you, so you aren't entirely to blame. Although I do understand why you feel bad about yourself.". The two girls kept walking together, Mio then tells Regina "I'll be going off by myself now.", she started to jump off on rooftops. Regina just smiled softly "Just take the day to yourself and get yourself back together. Okay, Mio?". Her eyes then tilted backwards "No then... you! What do you want?", her gaze met that of Astera's blue eyes. Astera was standing on a rooftop, she had been actively following the group of girls for a while. The day before the exam, Regina was in Fugaku's office along side Suzuha who stood at the side with her arms folded. Fugaku explained "The Katakuri family has decided to register two of its greatest prodigies. One is known as Tendra Katakuri, the other one is a girl, her name is Astera Katakuri.". Regina then asked "Lord Fugaku, if i may. Why is this important?", Fugaku replied "Because the Katakuri's dont usually involve themselves with the city of Kagahara except if they want to engage with the attack clan. What im saying is that it's very suspicious that they suddenly decided to involve themselves in the assassination exams. Im willing to bet that they are even spies.", this explanation got Regina slightly on her toes. She then said "So you think the Katakuri clan sent those two to spy on us so they can give intel to our enemies huh? That's savage.", Fugaku then explained with a serious look on his face "Exactly. Now Regina Starfall, your mission is too confront the Katakuri's when you notice anything odd. This is for the sake of our city. Understood?", Regina replied with a firm voice "Yes sir! Consider it done sir.".(END OF FLASHBACK). Astera thought to herself as her gaze met Regina's "Regina Starfall. You along with Mio Misaki are incredibly dangerous. I'd like to fight either of you two in this exams, AND DOMINATE YOU BOTH LIKE THE WEAKLINGS YOU ARE IF POSSIBLE!".
