The next time I woke up, it was late and I could see the moon glistering outside through the window. I woke up alone, Arla no where to be found and I wondered when she left. Was I really that exhausted not to have noticed anything?..
I can't even remember when I fell asleep. .
My muscle felt tight and I stretched my rusty hand and legs, only stopping when it made a very satisfying pop sound. I felt better than the first time I woke up and I wondered if it has anything to do with sleepingin the Alpha's bed.
But sadly I have to go back to my room now. I don't want him meeting me here — I hate that awkward silence that settle in between us. If anything... I'd like to avoid him forever though I know it's not possible.
The door clicked shut behind me as I stepped into the hallway. Everywhere was dark with only few lights on the ceiling illuminating the place. I tiptoed down the staircase, feeling some kind of deja Vu from the morning I sneaked out of Alpha's room.
