Chapter 6 - Glimpse of shophia

The village of Brindlemark was bustling with activity as Sophia walked through its streets. She had been sent to observe Alex, the young warrior who had been training with the ancient dragon. Sophia had watched him from afar, impressed by his determination and skill.

As she walked, Sophia couldn't help but think about Alex. She had seen him defeat the Fire Elementals, and she was intrigued by his abilities. She wondered what it would be like to be by his side, to support him and help him overcome the challenges ahead.

Sophia's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of laughter and music coming from the village square. She followed the sound and found a group of villagers celebrating a wedding. Sophia watched from the sidelines, feeling a pang of loneliness.

As she turned to leave, she caught sight of Alex walking towards her. He smiled, and Sophia's heart skipped a beat. She quickly looked away, trying to composed herself.

"Hello," Alex said, approaching her. "I didn't know you were from this village."

Sophia turned back to him, her expression neutral. "I'm not," she said. "I'm just passing through."

Alex nodded, his eyes sparkling with curiosity. "I see," he said. "Well, it's nice to see you again. Would you like to join me for a walk?"

Sophia hesitated for a moment, then nodded. As they walked, Sophia found herself feeling more and more at ease in Alex's presence. She couldn't help but notice the way he smiled, the way his eyes crinkled at the corners.

As the sun began to set, Sophia realized that she had been walking with Alex for hours. She felt a pang of disappointment when he said goodbye, but she smiled and nodded.

As she watched him walk away, Sophia couldn't help but feel a flutter in her chest. She had fallen for him, hard. But she knew she couldn't reveal her feelings. Not now, not when he was still so focused on his training.

Sophia sighed, feeling a sense of longing. She knew she would have to keep her feelings hidden, at least for now. But she couldn't help but wonder what the future might hold.
