Chapter 22 - The Fall Of The Untouchables

A wicked smile ghosted her lips as she tilted her head and leaned in—closer, almost seductively. Her voice dropped to a sultry whisper that made his breath hitch and his trousers tighten.

"I love games."

In the next heartbeat, the game ended for Julio.

With the grace of a viper and the rage of a storm, Hiraya's knee shot upward—fast and brutal—connecting squarely between his legs.

Julio howled. His knees buckled.

Before he could recover, her hand shot to his throat, fingers curling like steel.

In one explosive move, she slammed him against the wall so hard the drywall cracked behind him. Julio's legs dangled. His back screamed in agony, and something snapped—he didn't know where, but he felt the pain slice through every nerve.

Still holding him suspended, Hiraya leaned in, her lips brushing his ear.

Her voice was calm but dangerous.

"Let the game begin, Julio."

She released him.
