One of Jasper's men's voices came through his earpiece.
"Boss, what are your orders? The target's vehicle just left the school grounds. Should we keep a tail on her?"
"Yes," Jasper ordered without hesitation. "Stay on her but do not make any direct contact for now. I want eyes on her the whole time when she leaves her fortress. But in the meantime, get an expert to penetrate that mansion. I need to know the people who are around her, whom she trusts and what her relationship is with her boss."
"Copy that, boss."
The line disconnected and Jasper exhaled, leaning back in his chair. He picked up his glass of half-empty vodka and gulped down the entire contents, his grey eyes darkening with satisfaction.
"Now... about the rat who thinks he can mess around with my doll....Julio Mendoza." He tapped a few keys on his laptop, pulling up an image feed.
In the live feed, Julio was stepping out of a sleek car, his face half-hidden behind dark shades.
