Chapter 1 - Wake Up, Nathan

Night, 1971 — Somewhere Unknown

I woke up on cold, damp grass. My head was pounding, and my thoughts were a scrambled mess.

"Ugh... where am I?" I muttered.

My mind was blank. Completely empty. The last thing I remembered... was nothing.Am I suffering from amnesia?

I sat up slowly, taking in the unfamiliar surroundings. A metal sign nearby caught my attention:

"Central Park Zoo"

Didn't ring any bells.

Instinctively, I checked my pockets and found a crumpled ID card.

Name: NathanDate of Birth: 1951

"At least I'm not named Moto Moto…" I mumbled. But something wasn't adding up.I had a blurred memory—something about the year 2025, a news headline... Trump about to launch a nuke?

Wait.Did I just get nuked... and end up in the past? In America?

God, I should've watched those YouTube videos about how basic tech works.I could've been rich. Now I don't even know how modern communication works. Satellites and… I don't know… stuff?

DING!

John Hammond (Jurassic Park)

Ivan Antonovich Vanko (Iron Man 2)

Jayce Talis (Arcane)

"Thanks, Trump," I muttered. Then glanced at first option and the zoo sign again."Maybe I should start my own Madagascar adventure…"

But no. Time to get serious.

Option 1 — A dinosaur park guy? That's not gonna help in a world of magic and dragons.Option 2 — Tech genius with a grudge. Cool, but kinda useless in an era where floppy disks are luxury.Option 3 — My favorite. Jayce Talis. Steampunk magic-science hybrid, and a hammer. That's the vibe.

"Wow. Faster than a GTA V loading screen."

Just as it hit 100%, a sudden headache hit like a freight train.

Everything went black.

SOMETHING JUST JAMMED INTO MY BACK—

Wait... false alarm.I wasn't being stabbed.Just a street sweeper poking me with his broom.

"Yo, man—you alright? Looked like you just got zapped by some bad mojo or somethin'."

Ugh. 1970s jive talk. Great.

"Yeah, I'm cool… just heading outside," I muttered and began walking aimlessly.

10 Minutes Later

As I walked, bits and pieces of memory started returning. But instead of clarity, I got chaos.

Steampunk machines. Runic schematics. Unknown devices. They all swirled in my mind.I needed time to think. To understand.

But first—

"System."

"Hello, Host. What can I do for you?"

"Let's start with the basics. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?! Where am I? When am I? Why me?!"

"You are in the Harry Potter universe, year 1971.As for why you're here—I don't know. I exist alongside you, but I lack higher-level authorization."

Great. So I'm in Harry Potter. With no memory, no purpose, no plan.

"Fine. Then give me everything that would be useful to know."
