"The food is delicious as always, if I get anymore used to this, I'm not sure I can eat anywhere else."
And as always, Lu Yanchen made sure to finish every bit of food.
"Older sister Mianmian, your boyfriend isn't a freeloader right? Don't tell me he's only here to dine and dash?"

Yanchen lips twitched, he raised his head and smiled. "You're worried about that? I have much bigger plans. I plan on marrying your sister so I can dine and dash properly and so much more.."

Cheongsam choked on his tea.
"You what?" he coughed, nearly spraying the table.
Mianmian didn't even flinch. Her hands moved swiftly across the counter, plating a fresh order of stir-fried bok choy with garlic, lips twitching at the corners. "Don't egg him on," she said mildly. "He gets bold when he's fed."
Yanchen didn't deny it. He leaned back, resting his hand against the table as he smiled lazily at Cheongsam. "I said what I said."
Cheongsam stared at him, then at his sister, then back again.
