Chapter 1 - 1

NYLAH

"You sent for me," I announced my presence the minute I got to my boss's office.

"I did indeed, Ms. Nylah." He said, reaching for the drawer.

"The party's tomorrow, you were chosen to dance for the Alpha." He informed handing me a card with Alpha Xavier's name on it.

"Get yourself prepared, look smart as well. He hates tacky people." His words sank in and it dawned on me that there was no other option.

The day went by quickly and it was soon the night of the performance.

I dabbed my face with the powder applicator, making sure every part of my face that needed to be covered with the powder was covered.

It was my usual dance night but it was a different night. Unlike the usual nights when I danced for higher-ranked wolves in underworld stripper clubs, this night was different because I was dancing for the most feared Alpha in all the realm.

Even the arrangement for our dance performance had a slight change because he visited the club that night. A lot of strippers were shuffled and reshuffled until I was placed as the stripper to dance for him.

Just like my boss stated, "He wants the best of the best stripper to dance for him tonight. So you have to perform the best anyone has seen you. If you have any hidden skills in there, it's time to showcase it. Alpha Xavier is not one to easily be impressed."

My boss's words made me more aware of what I was getting into that night. Of the personality, I'll be entertaining.

I finished my makeup just in time and did a once over my look in the mirror, smiling at what I saw; a sexy pant and bra costume, pink colored hair to match the barbie themed makeup I did on my face, a pink stiletto pair of hills and long red nails to add to the aesthetic.

I was set to take on my biggest customer yet. Not only would this be a milestone in my dancing career, but it would also be a means of promotion.

After my performance, it will be known across all the realms that I was the dancer who impressed the almighty Alpha Xavier which will bring me more customers and more money to settle Arianna's hospital bills.

Arianna was my best friend, the only family I had who was on the verge of death at the hospital if nothing was done fast enough.

I let out a deep sigh, more to boost my confidence than a sign of my readiness. I made my way out of the dressing room to the club that had begun to boom with loud music and people dancing to the music.

Like it was required of us, I darted my eyes through the crowd, in search of my client for the night who was supposed to be warming up to what he was going to receive that night.

Just then, Conrad, one of the guards of the clubhouse, tapped my shoulder and screamed through the loud noises in the club.

"Your client's in the room. You shouldn't be late." He said, handing me a room key card. The card read room 222.

I guess Alpha Xavier was really who he was said to be, he didn't have time for formalities and wanted to get straight to business.

This made knots form in my belly, but I guess it was too late to turn back. I braced myself for the unknown and made my way up the stairs to the row of rooms.

Standing before the room door with the same number on the card, I proceeded inside after unlocking it.

I was greeted with the dim green lights and slow music with the intense smell of alcohol.

Walking further into the room, I was greeted with the very unfamiliar figure of the most talked about ruthless Alpha, Alpha Xavier.

He wore a tailored black suit and matching pants and even though he was seated, and his clothes were rumpled by his sitting posture, I could tell that whoever made the cloth took enough time ironing it. It was so smooth as silk and his hair was perfectly styled to fit his intimidating persona.

He held a cup in his hand with liquor in it and sipped it with calculation. The one thing that really caught my attention was the gold watch in his hand that shined through the dim lights. I bet it was worth more than my life.

"You're ten minutes late." He remarked, not taking his eyes from the pile of A4 sheets of paper on his left hand.

"Huh?" I stopped before the stutter came out.

I wanted to tell him that I didn't know he would be here instead of the main club, I wanted to tell him it wasn't my fault but I thought it best to keep the details.

"I'm sorry," I said instead, as I thought it a better way to let things lie.

"Get to work." He ordered. And I stepped onto the little stage positioned opposite him with a pole in the center.

I mounted on the pole, making very rare and unique moves to the slow song that played in the background. With many years of experience, I knew just how to make my dance an unforgettable experience and that was what I was doing to Xavier.

As one of my moves too, I slowly danced to where he sat, twerking on his length tucked in his pants while keeping eye contact and making sure his eyes followed my every move. I ended the dance with a kiss on his cheek but just as I was about to pull away, he grabbed my waist and pulled me in for a kiss.

Biting me and kissing me at the same time. His tender lips made moans escape from my mouth. I shut my eyes tight, I didn't offer sex as a service and it was not a part of the services the club offered and anyone who was caught sleeping with a client would be fired. But looking at the gold watch that shone brighter with every look I took, I knew that it was the answer to my earnest prayers.

There was no harm in doing it for the greater good of saving my friend's life.

By the time I opened my eyes, his zipper was down and his long, thick length protruded from beneath. I knew what he wanted and what it meant to me.

I'd kept my virginity for twenty-five years and giving it out was a big deal but thinking about Arianna suffering day and night was enough conviction I needed.

I gave into his want for me and we were soon riding in rhythmic passion. From the sofa to the large bed in the room, going as many rounds as possible until we were both naked and spent.

I woke up as early as I could and quickly put on my outfit, taking one glance at the man who lay perfectly on the bed, how could one be so perfect? Even in his sleep.

I picked up the watch he placed by the bedside table and scurried out of the room.

I had not only violated one of the rules guiding the agency but two! Two rules that would attract heavy punishments but I would face the consequences later, and save Arianna first.
