Chapter 1 - Prologue

PROLOGUE – The Fall of the Old Order

Inside the Continental, there was one rule you couldn't break.

They called it The Seventh Petal — a law known only to those who had bled for the Continental.

But Vincent Cassano Sr., the former leader of the Cassano clan, broke it.

He crossed the line.

He hunted where none were allowed to hunt.

And so he was hunted in return — by Ghost, the most brutal assassin in the underworld. Unseen. Unmatched. Hired by the organization itself.

After Vincent Cassano Sr.'s death, his son stepped up.

Vincent Cassano Jr. didn't beg for order — he declared war.

He hunted down every assassin, broker, and silent judge still tied to the old system.

"If you knew my father was a traitor... then you're still a traitor."

One of his first targets: Ghost.

Ambushed. Shot. Disappeared. Declared dead.

Without the old Continental Order, chaos took root.

To prevent a full collapse, Vincent and other rising powers divided the underworld.

Each claimed a territory. Each seized power. Each made their own rules.

The Age of the Five Families

1. The Cassano Family

The most feared syndicate. Brutal. Rich. Ruthless.

They control illegal businesses across borders — drugs, weapons, and black-market deals.

They kill without question... and leave no trace.

2. The Takani Family

A bloodline of Japanese descent.

Masters of torture, psychological warfare, and surgical kills.

They operate quietly — with influence both inside and outside the Continental.

3. The Nakamura Family

The blade-wielding ghosts of the underworld.

Feared for assassinating a former Cassano leader.

They follow an ancient code — where silence is deadlier than a gunshot.

4. The Sebastian Family

The most politically connected and influential.

Specialists in drugs, human trafficking, and assassination-for-hire.

They don't just kill — they erase identities.

5. The Macta Family

The smallest, often underestimated.

But behind their quiet reputation lies a hidden strength...

One that might change everything.

Under Vincent Jr.'s rule, the old assassin law — Seventh petal — was erased.

In its place came the Continental Accord, a new decree:

"Anything goes, as long as you don't touch your own."

This shift gave birth to a darker era:

Legalized Assassinations:

Contracts were now formal. Killings were lawful — by underworld standards.

Weapon Trades:

An underground market thrived, where families openly struck deals once deemed forbidden.

Family Wars:

Lines blurred. Loyalties tested. Betrayals became routine.

Blood Bought with Coins:

Lives were no longer protected by honor... but priced in gold.

This is the world Vincent Jr. built — not through diplomacy, but through vengeance.
