Yohan sat in his office, leaning back in his chair, lost in thought.
The issue with Hatoru was turning into something far bigger than he'd anticipated. The man wasn't just making trouble anymore, he was threatening his workers.
'Hopefully it ends with just threats' Yohan thought grimly.
He didn't want to believe Hatoru would actually target them, but the possibility gnawed at him. If it were just himself, he could handle it. But if the old man went after Remi, Chloe, or Mia… he couldn't protect them all at once.
"Should I ask Gunjoo to send some of his men to protect them?" he muttered under his breath.
A soft knock on the door pulled him from his thoughts.
Before he could answer, the door opened and Remi stepped inside.
"Remi, are you okay?" He asked.
"Y-yeah," she replied, without saying another word.
The silence stretched awkwardly for a while,
"How about Mia?" Yohan tried easing the tension.
"She left to buy food," she said softly.
"Okay…"
