Chapter 27 - Children Shouldn’t Read These Things

Taurus laughed out loud.

Even though he couldn't remember Scorpio appearance, he could remember that her voice sounded young and playful. Those who didn't know her well enough would definitely think that this was an ordinary child from somewhere.

"… She called the police?" Miro's expression became strange instead.

They were all criminals, but they thought about calling police when something like this happen?

He felt that the world was quite magical.

"Don't look like that. We're still law abiding citizen on the surface. The world order has been 'recovering' and we have to follow it," Aries said calmly. "Besides, someone else cleaned up that person afterwards."

Miro smiled hypocritically when he heard that.

But at the same time, he was curious about this.

Since Scorpio dared to call the police, this meant that there should be a record about this matter.

Ah wait, it was not in Sea Country Base.

Scorpio had only been in the Sea Country Base for a short period of time and was active in other regions before. He didn't have the authority to look up the case files from other countries.

Besides…

How many child harassment cases are there every single day?

There were too many to count and Miro felt that this clue was not really a clue.

It was truly finding needle in a haystack.

"Have you never called the police, Pisces?" Taurus asked with malicious grin. "Ah, it's really troublesome to deal with the police, isn't it?"

Miro looked at Taurus with a sneer. "Why do I want to be so friendly with the police? If it's not because I need to hide my track, I would want to kill them all."

"Alright, stop fighting." Aries waved her hand and stood up. "Finish your mission as soon as possible. You still have to train that kid."

Hearing the word 'train,' Miro fell into silence.

Taurus looked at Miro gloatingly and then handed over the information.

The members of the organization didn't really have anything much to do for fun. After all, almost everyone here were criminal with twisted minds and it was not so easy to get along with others.

There were many undercover agents and people with various ideas.

Moreover, the organization didn't really care if these peripheral members fought with each other. After all, many of them were nothing more than cannon fodder that would only end up dying because of various reasons.

If they were capable enough, then they should be able to survive on their own way.

In any case, Miro went to do his mission.

Since he still needed a lot of preparation, he knew that there was no time for him to do this mission.

He had to finish the training session first.

When Miro thought about this… he felt that he should be mentally prepared for anything that might come. Because if he was being hypnotized in the middle of the training, it would be extremely miserable.

Arya didn't have anything to do after the missions was over.

Her high efficiency when doing mission meant that there would be more time for her to rest and do other things. Though, Arya didn't really like resting and instead looked up for all kind of information in the organization's website.

Since her access might be traced back… the place she frequently visit is naturally the gossip area.

Don't ask her why there were such a thing in the official organization's website.

But there was indeed the gossip area about various matters that happened either outside or internal matter. Considering that many of their members have a lot of mental problems, the gossips were really spicy.

And then Arya really received message.

[Children shouldn't read these things - Gemini]

Arya's face scrunched.

[Stop acting like you're my mother, Gemini and I'm not a child! - Scorpio]

Overseas, Gemini looked at the message sent to her and let out a faint chuckle. That child is really funny.
