As his words fell, Miles slammed the Fusion Spell he'd just drawn onto the fire-scorched ground.

Her first duel against Miles had ended in defeat at Joker's blade. It was as if that holy sword had severed her fortune; ever since, she'd scarcely tasted victory.
"I'll seize this chance to defy fate! Even the strongest Fusion, Arcana Knight Joker, is nothing before Armityle the Chaos Phantasm!"
"I told you, Luca—you'll lose here. Witness the unyielding spirit shining from Fusion Academy!"
Hot on Joker's heels, Miles flipped the set card Ren had left—the HERO's card.

Miles clutched his final card—the one that burned with a god's flame in his hand. In that instant, fire swept across his three Fusion monsters.
"Spirits sing; the ancient power commands all! Their lives, their souls, their very bones!"
A chant. Divine fire billowed and rose. Heaven and earth shuddered; thunder cracked—the herald of a god's descent, a god's wrath.
Aisha cried out excitedly, "Mr. Miles, can we finally use that card?!"
At term's end, even the Academy's grand summoning array had failed to crystallize this card—only a nascent shell. But now—fallen comrades' will, countless duelists' prayers, and light against the black chaos…
Interwoven, they at last completed Aisha Carlos' divine summoning.
"I Tribute my [Arcana Knight Joker], [Elemental HERO Shining Flare Wingman], and [Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon] for a god's descent! This is a GOD's summoning!"
A god that demands three Tributes to be Advanced Summoned—the Pharaoh had already shown them with [Slifer the Sky Dragon]. This time, with three peak Fusions as Tribute, the god Miles called was likewise the mightiest.

He hurled the divine card skyward. The gathered Tribute became a blazing sun—then a firebird lancing into the clouds.

The chains bound the burning wings tight—Luca's continuous Trap, aimed to nullify Ra's inherited Attack.
"In the end, I'm still a step ahead. Ha… hahaha—"

Ra's cry resounded across the heavens. Divine fire surged, heating the fiendish chains to crimson—then melting them to slag.
"Nothing can stop it now, Luca. This is fate's final strike!"
"No… damn it, I refuse! Even if your Attack is higher, Armityle won't be destroyed by battle! Next turn, even a god will fall to chaos!"

In divine synchronization, Miles swept his hand forward and declared battle—pointing at Armityle's hulking form.
"This is… a god's attack!"
Layer upon layer of wills aligned. Ra gathered a sun at its maw and unleashed the godfire.
"—Godly Flame Cannon!!"
Chaos burned away. The fused colossus of the Sacred Beasts ignited and was devoured, reduced to ash between heaven and earth.
