The room was white windows were open as the curtains dance by the sudden wind passing by.
The bed was messy as books and paper scattered around a girl happily laying down the floor mat as she look at her phone reading a novel smiling as she rolled around raising her two feet behind her as she read
It was her 2nd year of college yet she still love to read novel instead of focusing on her report but that doesn't bother her she already done writing her reports and speech before she open her phone and today was also her day off
Nicole go to college but she also work on her parents shop her parents had a restaurant and a beauty product business as of now Nicole was given a rest as her older siblings handle the workloads so she happily spend her time reading the novel she love online
That novel was in the peak of ending eventually Nicole was loving some of the ending until the protagonist male lead killed the cruel female villain who was madly inlove with him the male lead said he didn't forgive her for all the attempt she did to the female lead saying it was better this way even though the cruel female villain was just about to accept that he can't return the love she given him
she was stab on her abdomen as she kneel down while blood start to flow out her abdomen she look at the male lead a tears on her eyes after all the help she did for him in the end she was actually a tool for him she smile and laugh maniacally thinking how a big fool she was to be madly inlove with him she then stop laughing and smile at him as blood start to pour out her mouth while the male lead look at her with disgust he end her by slashing her throat as her head fly dropping down the ground
Nicole felt bad and hurt for the cruel female villain and in the end of the novel the male lead and female lead had a happy ending
Nicole sigh in frustration complaining why did the author didn't give the cruel female villain a good goodbye why cut her head to death like that
Nicole stand up and clean her room still frustrated by the novel's ending after she clean
She then go on her day enjoying her free time as she place her phone on her table and pick a book to read as she lay down her bed distracting her mind
Months pass..
Nicole graduated now it was summer yet here she was taking care of her family business selling beauty products
"it's summer shouldn't we take a vacation?!" Nicole said complaining to her older brother
Her old brother throw an empty box of soap at her head
"Don't complain this business would be handed to us one day so you should learn it well" Nicole's old brother said as he continue preparing customer's orders
Nicole just pouted and rub her head where the empty box landed
Sigh she then stir the saucepan to melt the base soap further as she added essential oil and a pinch of salt to thicken the mixture after that she off the heat and let it cool down before pouring in into a pump dispenser
Nicole smile and close the led of the pump dispenser she then felt mild pain on the back of her head she then massages her head slightly as the mild pain slowly disappear she look back at the pump dispensers
"All done " Nicole said to her old brother as she place the pump dispensers in the storage cabinet
She then took off the cloves and eye protection and took her phone from her pocket as she read some messages
"Brother can I be half day today my friends invited me on a paintball game" Nicole excitedly said to him as she jumped like a child
"There you go again in senior high you join archery now you're going on a paintball game you didn't even take crim as your course but you go there learning how to reassemble guns ?? you're an engineer, are you planning to murder someone??" Nicole's Old brother said with a questionable look
Nicole giggle "Brother the world had endless of knowledge it's not that bad to learn some " she said with a grin face as she jump around her old brother begging for him to let her go to the paintball game
Her old brother sigh of defeat as he let her leave the shop and join her friends in the paintball game

"Guys someone's in front of the barracks" Nicole's friend whispering
Nicole then take a peek and shoot the guy's back the guy got pissed off and stump his foot
"It's you again! You guys are cheating!" He shouted approaching them hiding in the big rock
"We are not ,you are just not good at hiding sir" Nicole said defending as she confront the dude trying to be polite
Nicole and the Guy is now face to face talking
The guy sigh frustrated "Why don't you girl's just admit it you are cheating and been farming around the area! " he shouted again
"Nicole let's go it's not worth it" Nicole's friend said trying to end the tension but Nicole didn't back out
"We are not why can't you just admit it that you don't know how to hide at all! You know a child is better at hiding then you! " Nicole shouted back
The guy got pissed off even more he then strongly push Nicole causing for her to fall head first her head hit the rock
"What the fck!!" Nicole's friends screamed as they ran close to Nicole that was about to lost consciousness because of the impact
She touch the back of her head as she slowly pull back her hand there's red liquid on her hand her eyes widen in shock her body start to shiver
One of Nicole friend ran to call for medic while the others calling out for her to stay awake they guy that push Nicole ran off
As medic came to help Nicole stay awake until she got to the hospital

Her family got worried about her as she was laying in the bed as her parents and siblings besides her
"You idiot look what happened to you" Her Old Brother said with a worried tone
"You should had punch the guy in the face!"Her Old Sister said biting her lips because of frustration
"That As*Hole!" Her Old Sister added
"Lia!" Her Mother said warning her old sister not to swear her old sister then shuts her mouth
"Nicole Honey your father already reported the guy to the authorities you take a rest okay" Her mother said in a worried tone holding her hand
"You fight back that's my daughter don't worry the guy is already in prison " Her father said with a proud smile
Knock Knock
The door open as the doctor and nurse came in the doctor stay near the door while the nurse came near nicole to check up on her IV Bag
Nicole's father approach the doctor as they talk in a lowtone
"What!?" Her father shouted as her mother approach her father and the doctor with a confused look
"I guess we need to talk privately ma'am, sir" The doctor said as they got out of the room
Lia standing near Nicole crossing her arms stares at the door and turns around to look at their Old Brother and Nicole confused she then turn back to the door and walk out to follow their parents
Her Old Brother sigh feeling worry on why their father shouted that way as he hold his sister's hand "Everything would be okay" He said
Nicole just raise her thumb and smile her old brother just laughed
The nurse smile at them as she also follow out the door
"Hey what's about you sleep for now okay" Her Old Brother said
Nicole give her Old Brother a small smile and close her eyes
Nicole driff to sleep peacefully as her Old Brother sit on the couch waiting for their parents and sibling to come back as he lean his head in the couch closing his eyes..
Morning the birds are making noise as Nicole slowly open her eyes she fix her vision as she clean her eyes and look around confused
Her Mother and sister is sitting on the couch they look distressed and space out while her father and brother was not around
Confuse she ask "Morning are you guys okay?" Said on a low tone
They snap out of their thoughts as her Mother and Sister stand up to check up on her
While they are talking to Nicole saying if she wants to eat fruits the door open her father, brother and doctor came in as they approach her bed and her mother and sister look at them
"Aham.." The doctor clearing his throat with a worried expression "Morning miss nicole has your head been hurting for the pass months?" He said in a soft tone
"Yes but it just disappear after massaging my head its not that bad " She said reassuring them that it's not that bad
"Am sorry to inform you but.." The doctor stop and inhale as he continue "You had a tumor and because of the impact yesterday the tumor spread faster through your brain"
"No way am fine" She said denying the words the doctor said
"Am sorry but you might be fine today but it would get worser by time " the doctor said with a sad expression
Her Mother start to cry silently her Old Sister also cry biting her lips as tear drop down her cheeks her Old Brother is also had tear on his eyes while their father looks away to Nicole as he hold his tears
"Is there any other way ??" Nicole ask the doctor as tears start to form in her eyes
"There was but its a 50/50 I already told your parents about it" the doctor calmly said
"I'll do it!"
"Ohh..Honey we don't wanna lose you " Her mother said crying
"Mom if I die at least I know I tried to fight back" She said with determination
The room become silent as her father turn around there was tears on his eyes as he smile proudly on his daughters words
"Okay,I'll prepare the surgery by next week for now have time with your family miss Nicole I'll take my leave now"The doctor kindly said nodding his head to her family as he left the room
Nicole and her family start to talk heart to heart as they give hug to their youngest
For one week all they do was laugh talk make jokes on each other enjoying every bit of time they had to their youngest they say stories that Nicole love to hear as time pass..
Today was the time for surgery her family cry and praying everything would work out just fine and that Nicole would be okay again
Nicole was now in the surgery room laying down as the doctors and nurses circle around they injected her with anesthesia as she fall asleep...
Birds Twitting..
"Charlotte!..Wake up!" The guy said as he shake her arm "Charlotte!!" The guy screamed louder
Nicole push the guys hand away as she open her eyes slowly and look around she was in a room laying in a bed the room was made of wood but it was neat the bed was comfy as she look around the unknown room "The hell" she mutted as she sit up in the bed and look at the guy Infront of her confused
"Who are you? I was in the surgery room,where am I?! Did you kidnapped me??!" Nicole said panicking as she look around the medium room and guy who is confused on how she reacted the guy took a pillow and throw on her face
"Crazy what did you do yesterday to act like that Charlotte did you drink a whole bottle of wine I gifted last week?" He said annoyed on how she reacted
"You're the crazy one here I don't even know you!" She shouted back hugging the blanket looking at him
"We are twins we had the same face! So how dare you said you don't know me!" He shouted back
Confused on what the guy said she look around using her eyes to find a mirror the guy realized she was finding a mirror so he open the drawer near the bed and took a mirror from the drawer and give it to her
She reach out and took the mirror she saw a reflection of a young pretty girl that had green eyes with light brown hair she touched her face confused can be seen in the reflection as she start to shiver
She then start screaming
"AHHHHHHHHH!!!"
