Chapter 207 - Chapter 207: My Right Hand

Chapter 207: My Right Hand

Pokraras Village, in a square tower, in the darkness, white skeletons

are running around the tower. Their legs are made of bone, their arms are made of bone, and their abdomens are visible.

Even their heads are bone, their eyes red like human blood, shaking the tower with all their might.

The corpses of the people of Pokraras Village are scattered around the tower.

Inside the tower, a bone-bird demon with green eyes

shines in the dark, its body twice the size of an adult.

Bone-clawed creatures are standing on the doorway leading down to the lower level.

A seraph is poised to run forward, like a runner waiting for the signal to fire a gun to begin a race.

The seraph can only see green eyes and the skeleton of a bone-bird demon.

[This demon is likely not used to seeing in the dark in such a pitch-black place.]

Then look away.]

Seraph picked up the scrap metal that had fallen to the ground from the impact of the demon bird.

At the moment he crashed into the door,

Seraph picked up the scrap metal and picked up something in the One Hundred Percent Luck System.

[Now, time to get to work. The Golden Fly hasn't been used in a long time, since it was used to peek at the barrier inside the house.]]

Seraph released the Golden Fly's magical item, flying into the sky. Whoosh!

He threw the scrap metal at the bone bird's back. Whoosh! Bam!

The demon bird lunged at the scrap metal. Whoosh! Boom! The tower walls shook. The demon bird stabbed the scrap metal with its beak.

The bone bird looked up into the sky and heard the sound of the golden fly flying up into the sky. Whoosh!

The small golden fly created a membrane that lured the bone bird.

It was attracting attention. Its entire body was made of gold. It was impossible to tell if it was real or fake.

The bone bird flapped its wings. Flying high into the sky, whoosh!

Seraph saw this as an opportunity and ran towards the basement door. Whoosh!

Seraph ran up and jumped into the basement door.

Seraph ran very fast, as the saying goes, "I'm very fast."

In the sense of running away,

Seraph dived down, and the basement door had a hole just big enough for Seraph to get down.

Seraph could only watch, sadly, as he looked up.

There was a golden fly, flying mightily, being struck by a bone bird. Boom!

The fly had died like a swatting insect, but this time, it had used its bone beak to stab the golden fly.

Seraph ran down, the ground acting like a staircase.

Seraph walked down, like a water pipe, having to climb the stairs down to the lower level.

[How sad! That wonderful, admirable item had disappeared like a fly. Sigh...]

Seraph climbed down the stairs, slightly saddened. When he reached the ground, there was a sticky slick from some kind of oil. It was so dark, he couldn't see very well.

The seraph almost slipped and fell. Luckily, he was very careful, and his sandals were in good condition.

The seraph stepped on a slippery surface, but it wasn't too slippery. [Sigh... a rare and useful item. But, is it better to just stay here?]

The seraph looked up. There was a rattling sound. Ding! Ding! Ding!

The bone bird tried to push its way down to the basement.

Seraph walked forward cautiously. The path was very narrow, barely enough space for two people to walk.

[Waiting to greet the bone bird was a foolish move.

It was like waiting for an enemy to arrive and die. At least, it was a risk.

Risk. Yes, risk. It was a very frustrating word.]

Seraph walked along the dug-out path, heading somewhere.

Time passed. Seraph traveled for quite some time.

Seraph arrived at a place.

It was pitch black ahead, unable to see.

It was like being in a dark place, many times darker than usual.

Seraph walked cautiously, looking ahead.

Numerous corpses and skeletons lay scattered everywhere.

Seraph stood still. The space in front of him was wide.

A number of human corpses lay dead atop a pile of skeletal remains.

Seraph stared for a moment. There were numerous dead human bodies, along with those of the Lan Na clan, lying dead.

The floor and walls were covered in dirt.

The walls were studded with pictures of human bones. Many were prostrated.

Many skeletons lay dead, motionless.

Amidst the pile of corpses, a man stood in the center. The corpse was boneless, his right hand missing.

His clothes were that of a Lanna sect member, and his body was half made of bone, divided into two parts.

The entire right hand was bone. Half of his face had blood-red eyes. Half of his right hand had bones, but the entire hand was missing. The entire right half of his torso was bone.

The right foot was bone, and the entire left was human flesh.

In the center of the section, a tiny red stream of blood was seeping out, and half of the entrails of a human body were visible.

The right eye was red, and the left eye was round. He had short, black hair. His name was Li Wen, a suspicious figure whom Seraph had stamped as "Do Not Disturb." He had come to greet Seraph on the counter.

Li Wen kneeled down, making a somewhat respectful gesture amidst the white corpses.

"Excuse me, Your hand. I'm trying." So don't leave me. With that right hand, I'll definitely find you!

Seraph, seeing the suspicious Li Wen doing something, was about to move and escape.

But because his sandals were cheap, they slipped. Phew!

Thud! Seraph dropped to the ground, slipping and falling onto the ground.

Seraph looked up. The ceiling and walls were covered in dirt.

[Hahahaha, at a time like this, such luck, that fool!

I couldn't see myself, but because I slipped and fell, I immediately knew I was here?]

Seraph fell to the ground, making a noise, praying to some vain thing not to find me.

But unfortunately,

Seraph stood up, his face calm, and he stared in the direction ahead.

Li Wen appeared in front of Seraph, not far away.

"I should have stayed to greet him. "Little Bird."

Li Wen floated in mid-air, the entire room widening like he was sitting inside a balloon.

Li Wen was extremely wary of Seraph. His voice was hoarse and menacing, and he let out a growl.

"What business do you have with this place?"

Seraph bowed to Li Wen. "Sorry, I'm lost, so I'm leaving now. Good luck."

I didn't see anything. Trust me. I don't know a thing."

Li Wen thought. "Then, I need a sacrifice.

I also need a lot of human bones, so I'll take your bones.

I'm missing a human arm."

Li Wen smiled, red blood dripping from his mouth.

Seraph nodded and raised his hand to stop him, telling him not to rush. He had a proposal.

"Calm down, Li Wen. I have a proposal." If it's a good human hand bone, I found one. You're looking for a human hand, made entirely of bone, right? And it's a right one.

It's definitely a human hand bone. I got it from a mysterious man.

Li Wen stared at Seraph, his expression serious and his eyes wary.

"What did you say? What do you mean?"

Seraph began to explain, his face calm. "I accidentally saw a young woman killing a man in black.

The young woman killed the man in black, took the man's valuables, and buried them outside the forest."

Li Wen began to show a slight murderous intent, threatening Seraph.

"Tell me what you know. What did you do?"

Seraph nodded. "I witnessed a story about a young woman being kidnapped. They said she was going to perform some kind of ritual.

I know where the bone hand is hidden. That item was buried somewhere outside of Pokraras Village.

[Great! You mentioned the missing bone hand. Huh? I'm done for. Originally, the whole story was about the missing bone in this guy's right hand.

That means someone cut off the bone hand.

This guy probably knew where I had hidden the bone hand. But since I knew its location, he tried to persuade me to leave the village.

In order to find the location of the bone hand, he offered to be my bodyguard.

As expected, did Peka sell me out? That kid's story was already suspicious.]
