Chapter 482 - 482: Genetic Breakthrough

After clarifying everything with Bizarro, the three of them returned to Earth together.

Malrick flew them at light speed. By the time they arrived at Kent Farm, Louise hadn't even started dinner. But upon seeing Clark, safe yet in tattered clothes, all thoughts of food vanished.

She tossed aside the spatula and lunged at Clark, embracing and kissing him with overwhelming affection, as if no one else existed. The afternoon Sun cast long shadows across the grass, and two figures clung to each other, radiating warmth and love.

"Louise…" The scene stirred memories in Bizarro. He missed his own Louise, turning his gaze toward the Smallville farm, searching for the way home.

"Don't look," Malrick said. "The spatial passage has disappeared. If you want to return later, I'll send you back."

Bizarro's enhanced intellect quickly processed Malrick's words, and he expressed repeated gratitude.

Meanwhile, the affectionate middle-aged couple continued their embrace, only interrupted when their two children ran out, exclaiming and laughing. Without them, the kiss might have lasted ten minutes.

Dinner was Louise's specialty: fried fish and steak, a classic Western meal. Malrick ate politely, listening to the couple recount the events.

"Lex Luthor created Doomsday for revenge because long ago, Louise accidentally used the wrong evidence to send him to prison?" Malrick asked, taking a bite of beef.

"So, what's your next move?"

"If he seeks revenge, we'll stop him," Louise said firmly. "His crimes are enough to return him to prison. Clark and I will find the evidence."

"But it won't be easy," Clark added. "There's no direct proof of Luthor's past crimes. I may have to speak to him, convince him to abandon his plan and reform."

Malrick wiped his mouth with a napkin. "You're trying to negotiate with every villain?"

"Don't worry about it. I'll handle Luthor," Malrick said calmly.

"No, leave it to us," Clark protested. "We can't just kill people, Malrick."

Malrick nodded silently, not pushing further. He had considered subtly influencing Luthor's mind, but since Clark intended to handle it, there was no need. Perhaps for this couple, facing Luthor together was part of their bond.

After dinner, Malrick and Bizarro bid farewell, despite the Kent family's insistence that they stay. Jonathan and Jordan had awakened their Kryptonian abilities, and Malrick collected their genes before leaving.

Next, he took Bizarro to the Anti-World and gathered the genes of the two Super boys there.

"A good haul. These genes should help me evolve further," Malrick noted. "Next, I'll get a sample from Ultraman."

Ultraman, essentially a Superman variant, shared similar powers: Heat Vision, Freezing Breath, enhanced under a red Sun, weakened under yellow Sun, and strengthened by Green Kryptonite.

Malrick crossed worlds, entering one with a distinct art style—it seemed almost like an anime Universe. He located Ultraman in a command room, instantly knocking him out and efficiently collecting his genetic material. Unlike righteous Superman, Ultraman was a villain; Malrick acted directly, with no hesitation.

"I've got everything I need. Time to return home."

Back in the God Realm Dimension, Malrick began analyzing Bizarro's and Ultraman's blood, using his Black Light Clone to absorb both samples.

"A large portion of Bizarro's genetic code opposes Superman's," he noted. "This is exactly the guidance I need—Green and X-Kryptonite are pushing my evolution in the right direction."

He studied the structure and expression patterns, deducing how to integrate the best traits of both genes. His body collapsed and reshaped repeatedly as he experimented.

A few hours later, his eyes flickered icy blue. Two Freezing Breath beams erupted, freezing a small mountain into crystalline peaks.

"Genes… 18,000 times? Incredible!" Malrick marveled. Bizarro's abilities, opposing Superman's, harmonized with Ultraman's in a complete transformation.

"Continue!"

With precise calculations, Malrick fused the genes. In under a day, he fully integrated Bizarro's and Ultraman's DNA. He gnawed on Green Kryptonite, feeling it strengthen him, while alternating between Fire and Ice, displaying both extremes of Kryptonian power.

"30,000 times!" Malrick exclaimed. His genetic level had reached the first stage. Though his height surged to 900,000 kilometers, he habitually shrank back to 1.9 meters.

"My growth rate from solar energy has increased. Potential rising… Golden Superman may take just six or seven thousand years now."

He then fed his own genes to the Black Light Clone. Already at over 60,000 times, the clone's genes now reflected the Giant of Light form and could transform into Ultraman.

Next: Doomsday's genes.

Malrick used the clone to absorb half of Doomsday's arm. He studied it carefully.

"Doomsday's genes… brutality, irrationality, evolution. This is key to my next breakthrough. But I must proceed carefully—it could take months, maybe years, to fuse safely."

"Time acceleration will be necessary," he realized.

"Now that I've surpassed 30,000 times, my transformation into Golden Superman accelerates."

"Then… I'll explore other worlds." Crossing universes wouldn't disrupt his clones' consciousness, only requiring energy.

"I can also see if the Rege Duo Clone can become an abstract entity elsewhere and study the laws of other worlds. One day, I'll create my own world, and mastering more rules will strengthen it."

Malrick acted without hesitation, creating several Cosmic-Level m-bodies in his world ring. Then he activated his world-crossing ability.
