Living with Noel isn't quite what Jade expected.
Honestly, Jade isn't actually sure what he expected in the first place, knowing so little about Noel and having lived alone since—for years, but the reality is still somehow different than what he envisioned.
Uncharitably, and given Noel's skittish nature, Jade imagined him sequestering himself in his room, avoiding Jade whenever possible, only interacting when necessary, that sort of thing, and he wouldn't say Noel is particularly obtrusive, but he's also not the invisible housemate Jade pictured. Not only do they eat together whenever they're both home over mealtime, but Noel has no compunctions using the common areas. Jade has already come home multiple times to find Noel in the living room, record player on, happily browsing the collection on the shelves. He's not shy about using the kitchen or the gym, though he has yet to use the pool, at least while Jade is around.
