Chapter 7 - Episode 7: House is not a home

Previously on Nathan's Journey, Nathan learned everything that happened but not who caused it... He moved one step forward but with the security guard now permanently crippled, Nathan's taken 3 steps back. But now the club was a bust in finding info but there's only one place left to find something anything... Home...

{It resumes to Nathan driving out of North Shore's rainy weather}

Nathan speeds through the the streets tightly gripping the wheel and with his foot on the gas.

"I have to get there, before the cop hear about the club incident." He floors it as his eyes intensify with intent. "I have to find out the truth behind all of this mayhem! Now!!" He exclaims as he floors the pedal moving over 200km/h. "I'm running out of time!!" As he looks at the sun set. "I have to..." As he keeps speeding reaching 250km/h. "To get there!!" He swerves through cars and skips relights desperately racing back.

{The scene cuts to Nathan now back to where he started at his house}

Nathan stops the engine as he looks to his house.

"So much changed in one day... The last time I was here it feels like... A past life..." He puts his head on the wheel about to cry remembering everything he's suffered in this one day and it almost breaks him.

"Why me?! What did I do to deserve this?!" He yells hitting his fists into the dashboard.

"How am j going to explain to my wife... How I cheated on her... The girl I cheated with wakes up dead next to me, then I run away and I ended up Killing a person, and I can't forget permanently crippling a man too. How will Andrea react... Will she even want to hear my side of the story?" He thinks this as he stares at the door constimplating if he should go in or stay in the car.

{But before he can think Andrea walks out the door and she sees him}

"N... Nathan is that you?" For the first time all day Andrea sees him. "What are you?"

Nathan walks out the car and goes to her.

"I'm back baby." He holds her feeling her gentle presence across his vest covered in dry blood.

Andrea shoves him back.

"What the hell Nathan, you cause hell and you make me a fool and you expect me to just melt in your arms?!" She says this but she hugs him back because she genuinely missed him.

"What happened... Tell me everything."

Nathan gulps as he looks her in her innocent eyes.

"I'll tell you everything, let's go inside first."

Nathan grips her hand even though his hands are covered in blood and bruises from all he's faced this far.

The sit together in the living room the air fills with quiet intensity.

"So... Tell me what happened?" Andrea asks politely.

"Okay... Please baby, this is going to be so confusing and disgusting but please... Just listen to my side of the story. Don't judge me like them..." As he remembers that mob that threatened to kill him.

Andrea puts her hands on his hands as he looks him with reassuring eyes.

"Don't worry I'm not going to judge you, because I know you. You wouldn't intentionally hurt a fly."

Nathan tears up as he pours out everything that happened that's happened and says "I promise you, it's not my fault this happened. I never meant to hurt you. You know how much I love you."

Andrea puts her finger on his lips

"You can't say that after you brought a cheap hooker here. Sure I can believe you wouldn't kill her, but you definitely slept with her." She clearly is hurt not by all the murder accusations but the fact he cheated on her.

"Look Andrea."

Andrea in tears cuts him off.

"I don't want your excuses, don't bull shit me. Tell me, was she prettier than me? Did she have bigger boobs? What did you see in her that I didn't give you?!"

Nathan also tears up and he replies

"Baby no, no, it wasn't like that."

"Then what's it like then?!" Andrea exclaims

"Baby... I was just drunk and high, I had no self control, George hooked me up with the hottest girl there and... You know." He knows it isn't a good answer but he was being 100% honest with her.

Andrea suddenly switches to calm

"So you blame it on your alcohol problem?"

Nathan calms down to answer her.

"Look, I know I have a problem, I'm not perfect okay."

Andrea gets angry.

"But that doesn't give you the right to do all this!! You went and caused living hell, your names all across the news."

Nathan matches her.

"It's not like your some angel too! I know you haven't been taking your pills for your Bipolar!"

Andrea yells.

"I don't need them!!"

"You do, your emotions are going all over the place, you need to keep yourself together, because I might not be here for a long time..." Nathan says he lowers his voice.

"What do you mean baby..." She lowers her voice as she moves in closer.

"Are gonna leave me?" She looks up at him with teary eyes.

"I'm not trying to but the cops will arrest me because even though I didn't do anything it really looks like I'm a serial killer... And there's nothing I can do about it..." He looks into her beautiful eyes tearing up as he hugs her tightly.

"There's got to be a way. We can't just give up, I just got you back I'm not losing you again." As she hugs him tighter.

"But... I've tried everything... I asked George, I searched by the club, the biggest lead I have means nothing... I still can't find who set me up..." he muffles as he cries into Andrea's shoulder.

"It's okay, it's going to be okay baby." She comforts him as she kisses his neck.

"I love you so much." Nathan says.

"I love you too babe." They sit down again.

"How am I gonna get out of this?" Nathan asks.

"Well did you..." She nods to the bedroom upstairs.

"Well, I was thinking of going to there next because it's my last resort..." Nathan says.

"Then." She grabs his hand as they move towards the stairs. "Let's go find out then."

It cuts to black
