She raised her voice, loud enough to echo through the parking lot, "Wait what did you just say to us?"
Victoria pointed her perfectly manicured finger at Cecilia.
"Who the hell do you think you're talking to, huh? Who gave you the guts to even look us in the eye, let alone talk back like that?" She laughed, but it wasn't out of amusement it was a dry, cold laugh that dripped with condescension. "Just imagine this nobody, thinking she has the right to speak like that to us. It's laughable. She must really be confused about her place in this world."
