PREPARING FOR THE UPCOMING FLOOD Location the RWBYverse, Remnant-Vale, City's Center
In the center of the small city, next to the marble water fountain. Swarming with devil walkers, Atlasian soldiers, the devils, from Ranma's peerage was pigtailed boy himself with Kodachi in her gymnastics attire, Shampoo with her Chuí ready, Kaori doing some practice kata, and Ukyo readying her battle spatula. From Sona's peerage, minus Sona, there was Tsubaki, Tsubase, Tomoe, Miltia, Momo, Reya, Katase, Murayama and Ruruko. And lastly there Laharl's peerage, Albedo, Morrigan, Nero, Ranko, Caulifla, Ruby Riotte, Kyoko, Zombina, Raven, Setsuna, Cerberus, Kneesocks, Daki, and Mizore, as well as the upperclassmen huntsmen of Beacon. Specifically the team aka team CFVY, that Velvet Scandinavian the brown haired and furred rabbit-faunus is proudly apart of. Beside her were teammates, first is Coco Adel. Coco is a young woman with fair skin, short dark-brown hair, and dark-brown eyes, as she wears a black beret with a cocoa brown trim and a pair of black, wire-rimmed aviator sunglasses. She has wavy locks on one side of her face, dyed with a gradient that starts as dark brown and transitions to caramel. Her clothes consist of a long, cocoa-colored shirt with an upturned layered frill collar with a black single strapped waist cincher. She wears black trousers that have golden lining around the pocket and ribbons attached to the back of a golden zipper seam around her knees. A black golden studded belt is normally hidden by a large cocoa-colored belt with gun cartridges on the left side and a large golden crosshair buckle. A large piece of black fabric is attached to her belt hanging down on her right side. She wears a pair of dark black, high-heeled leather calf-high boots with golden buckles. Coco, she was scrolling through a scroll. While having her favorite bunny, resting one each other. Beside the two girls, were their other teammates. Fox Alistair and Yatsuhashi Daichi.
As Fox he is a teenage boy with dark skin and dark, messy copper hair that has a long fringe and a cowlick. His eyes are pure white, showing that he is physically blind. His arms are covered in scars, and he has a vertical scar on his lips. Wearing a sleeveless, muted orange zipper vest with black lining and a high collar, a pair of black jeans, and brown, laced shoes, he also wears a pair of long black gloves and has several pouches attached to his belt. He was sharpening his weapons, a pair of copper red, bladed-tonfa guns, which are called Sharp Retribution. Yatsuhashi who is meditating, waiting for the upcoming Grimm swarm. He is tall and athletic-looking young man with shaved-short black hair and tanned skin, who wears mostly pale-green and brown attire. He has a long short-sleeved robe, which he wears on one shoulder over a black muscle shirt. The robe is fastened at the waist by a leather armored belt with two pouches on it. He also wears brown pants and black-and-green boots. All of this to handle a dangerous threat. Not long ago, Albedo told everyone that Laharl, and team H.U.N.T.E.R. were trying to stop the train, that Cinder Fall activated. And if they couldn't stop said train, to be ready for a fight. In truth Coco, she was curious about not only this revolutionary seven-man team, but also the devils. She was happy that this Laharl guy, protected her little marshmallow of a bunny. Coco, was still curious on one of the guys, responsible for improving the live of countless faunus, and made that once warmongering Sienna Khan, a proper queen. Truth be told, what she was scrolling through on her scroll, is all about Neo Anima. As well of some of the more renowned devils. And Laharl name was amongst them, she'd hope the guy lives up to all the hype.
CINDER'S DOWNFALL Location Underground Tunnel, Inside the Train
Cinder she was sitting on a random crate, inside the train. As another explosion occurred on the tunnel. Making the half-maiden, smile. Each explosion signals less distance from Vale, and from her victory. She was soo enthralled with the fantasy of victory and power. Cinder, failed to detect the small shakes on the train. She'd assume to be from the explosions' shockwaves, as she'd cross one of her lovely leg over the over. Waiting for the final stop. As Cinder was completely unaware, that she wasn't the only one riding this train. Some cars back. Laharl with his artificial sacred gear, Vritra Zanbato, was slicing through all of Cinder's security. Ignoring all dust bolts, from the reprogrammed robots, that Cinder stolen from Atlas. Laharl's toughness, resistance, and aura was soo greater than any damage, done by these weak robots. As he decapitated another robot, and vertically cut another robot in half. Laharl standing in front of the door, he cross through to another cart. Getting closer to Cinder. All the while the girls and Ren were still taking out all Grimm, that come their way. Yang adding demonic power through her Ember Celica. Blasting demonic fire shotgun blasts, at the lancers and beowolfs in her way. Ruby Rose, she was blitzing through the Grimm, slashing, and shooting all the dark creatures.
Weiss started using her glyph to support her team, while still riding on her Ursa Major summon. Blake like Rubes, she was blitzing through the Grimm. Ren was shooting his Stormflower, with Pyrrah snipping with her rifle. As Nora, she was guarding Reni and Pyrrah on their automatic cart. Sona, she was freezing and shooting hyper pressurize water, at the Grimm. Lowering the amount of Grimm, that were in the tunnel. All the while, Laharl, he just clear another cart, and could feel a source of magic. Meaning that Cinder, she was just a couple carts ahead. Speaking of Cinder again. She was getting more and more cocky, as another explosion has occurred. Getting off of her makeshift seat, she suddenly heard another explosion... But much more closer. This finally triggered, some concern from Cinder. She started harness her Maiden magic, inside of her. Her exposed eye, bursting in orange, fire-like aura, her gloved hands started sprouting some flames. As she awaited whoever has snuke onto her train, when suddenly the door, separating the her cart, from the previous was stabbed by a massive and familiar sword. The blade width was huge, with a golden edge, surrounded by eerie flames and a golden aura. But what most worried Cinder, was the fact she was sensing magic from the weapon!!! Aside from the relics, she'd believed that there weren't any other magical artifact, in Remnant anymore. Especially with what Lady Salem, told her. Not waiting for whoever is wielding the blade, from coming in to face her. She'd channeled her Maiden magic, and blasted a powerful stream of Fall colored flames at the metal door.
As the flames, obstruct her view, as Cinder, she continues blasting her Maiden magic. With a wicket smile on her face, she'd believed that whoever was burning was ash by now. When a long, thin red colored fabric busted out her flames unharmed. Wrapping around her neck tightly, before pulling her into the other carts. Smashing her onto the walls, rood, and floor of the carts, before Cinder came face to face with red gloved hand. Which now held her, around the neck instead of a scarf. As she'd struggle on the latest grip around her throat, she'd recognize the one in front of her. Laharl. One of the strongest devils. Cinder was blaming her luck, now. Of all the people she'd has to fight, it has to a devil. Refusing to surrender, Cinder covered herself in magical flames, to burn Laharl and make him let go of her. But to Laharl, Cinder's ohh soo coveted Maiden power, it was like fighting against a Will-of-Wisp right now. All he felt was a bit of heat, and that's it. It wasn't even scratching his aura. As much Laharl, and his partners, Orochi, Shenron, and Vritra wanted to just end her, with a stab of the Vritra Zanbato, Laharl knew that half of Amber's soul or essence would be devoured, along with everything else of Cinder. So instead of quick kill, let's make this crushing on several levels, for Cinder. Starting by smashing her against the floor, making her grunt and surprise that her power was useless against Laharl. Refusing to accept that power, that she'd coveted was weak. She pointed her hand, over at Laharl's face, and blasted a fireball at him. Hitting him point-blank range, instead of loosing his grip. Laharl, tightened it. When the dragon shaped pummel of the massive sword, smashed onto Cinder's face. Not only shattering her aura, but breaking her nose!!! Never has she'd suffered, such a humiliation, but without time to process. Laharl, lifted her up and smashed her against the right wall, with the flat side of his blade. Crushing her, she'd even felt her ribs crack, by the blow. It was now quite obvious, she was way over her head. Now she was utterly defenseless. Banishing Vritra Zanbato back into his soul, he stood there before saying, "You know you're little children's magic show. It doesn't compare to real magic...(igniting his right fist in hellfire)...like this!!" punching Cinder across the face. Almost smashing her through the train...even if a big hole was now, at the side of the train-cart. Cinder with half of her face burned, and bruise. Laharl, mentally commented that she was now like her future self, after the encounter with Rubes. All that was left was the Grimm arm.
But unfortunately Cinder wasn't long for this world. As she'd groan and started crawling away. Typical coward. If she doesn't have the full advantage of the situation, she'll run or talk her way out of her bad spot. Laharl, now felt like a bully, he really forgot Cinder's full character. Aside for the first two, maybe three first seasons of RWBY, she isn't the imposing, main villainess of the series. Heck even Salem didn't live up to the hype, after the whole weird alternative world that the main cast, find Jaune on. Whatever, feeling a bit merciful, he walked over to Cinder and punched her on the back. With enough, force to knock her out, using his scarf to wrap around her, and stored her away. He summon back his Vritra Zanbato, and he was about to destroy the train, when Sona called him... He was too late. Laharl, sighed as he rested his massive sword over his shoulder, and said out loud, "Well shit."
GRIMM FLOOD Location Remnant-Vale, City's Center
As rumbling and shaking is happening allover the area, Albedo summoned her poleaxe. A sign that the fight was coming. All the walker mechs, and Atlasian soldiers, were ready. As the rest of the devils, and Team CFVY all prepared their weapons and waited for the fight to come. As all the shaking and quaking was intensifying, as the water fountain, was lifted from the ground...and then broken to piece. Hit by a train, bursting out the ground. Making a huge hole that allowed various Grimm to crawl out if said hole. Beowolfs, Lancers, King Taijitus, Boarbatusks, and to everyone surprise a couple of Death Stalkers, and Beringels. Coco and Zombina started the attack, Zombina shooting her guns, as Coco shifted her spiked handbag, into a freaking golden minigun. And the two gunners, started shredding the Grimm, with the Atlasian soldiers, and devil walkers also opened fire. Ruby Riotte, Setsuna, Kaori, Ukyo, Shampoo, Fox, Velvet, Caulifla, Tsubasa, Tsubaki, and many others rushed in to engage the Grimm. With Raven, Daki, Momo, and Reya providing long ranged support. Utterly wrecking the Grimm that came out the hole, when suddenly as a Beringel was banging his chest. A huge blade, coated in cursed flames, pierced out the gorilla Grimm's chest. Quickly killing and making the Grimm burst into particals. As Laharl came out the train, making his girls happy to see him. Laharl, immediately joined in the fight, summoning and calling on the prinnies to attack the Grimm as well. As hundreds of blue, peg-legged, small winged penguins, appear from all over the city. Rushing toward the breach, immediately attacking the Grimm with their various weapons. When Coco saw them, she'd had to adjust her shades. Saying out loud, "Huh, here I thought I've seen everything." before she'd returned to shooting the Grimm. No soon after all of team H.U.N.T.E.R. emerged from the hole as well, as things are going to wrap-up, quite quickly now.
