FAMILY REUNION Location the Underworld: Bael Territory, Belladonna Mansion

Raven looked like a beautiful, light gray skinned woman. Hugging one another. Raven, expressed her happiness to see her mother, after nearly three years. Both Arella and Belladonna, were surprised that the Remnant settlement project has taken that long. But it did explain, Raven sudden growth spurt. Along with her being a young woman now. Belladonna, then asked about her son and the other girls. Raven, she was more than happy to talk about the last couple of years, in Remnant. Blake, Melanie, and Yang were funded over by Nodoka. Ranko admitted it was kinda of funny. Laharl, and the other girls, were glad their family visits, went amazing. As it was time, for Laharl to reunite and spend time with his own family. And knowing his mom, she'll also will be checking out, Weiss, Rumi, and Zombina. Since they'll will be, her daughter-in-laws, in the future. Plus, having some time to think it over. Laharl, realized that he can wish...his old man, dad back alive. In the entrance hall of the mansion, with guards, maids, nekomata, and prinnies there to welcome them. Amongst them was Miss Marron, still prim and proper. Now a man, he was bit taller and clearly stronger. With a bit of tears, gathered around her eyes, she'd walked over to him. Hugging each other, with familiar affection, bursting through them. All the girls, were "awwing" at the sight of them. Everyone went into the room, and sat down in warm, comfy room with a reddish decor. They started talking, and enjoying their time together.
REVELATION OF NEW DEVIL SETTLEMENT Location the Underworld: the Capital City of Lilith
Couple days later. As Laharl and the girls were spending time in Belladonna's home. Things have been progressing in the devil society. Serafall, she was still coming back and forth from the RWBYverse. Giving updates, on the devil settlement in Remnant. As well as telling Sirzechs, Grayfia, and Falbrim. That Remnant was ready, not only to be complete but also ready to be opened. Sirzechs, he was excited by this news. And he wasn't the only one. Grayfia, want to see a new world. She even want to talk, her's and Sirzechs' son, Millicas to Remnant. Because of this great news. And with all Satans, Ajuka, Falbrim, and Serafall agreeing with Sirzechs, that is time to reveal Neo Anima. Along with the strict conditions on how to get, permission and land in this new devil settlement. Safe and comfortable for their people. Without any enemies, or dangers. As well telling the masses, that Ajuka, has made great progress in combating the devils' reproduction issue.
Another day passed. The Satans, announced that they'll announce huge news. News, that will greatly benefit and impact, devil kind. Everyone was on their phones, or directly in Lilith. Right in front of the central tower of Lilim. Countless devils, from various classes and peerages. High above, in a balcony, that all their leaders and their most trusted were present. Satan Lucifer, Sirzechs, next to his silver haired maid, Queen, and wife, Grayfia. And between the two a boy. Their son, Millicas. A young devil, with vibrant red, short, slightly spiky hair. Red colored eyes, dressed in dark red, long-sleeved coat, with a golden accent in the center. A gray colored, button vest shown in his jacket. Also wearing a red tie, with a ruby sphere in the center of tie. And a pair grey shorts, he was standing in front of his mother. In a proper stance, and smiling. Next is the bald, purple color dressed, Satan Asmodeus, Falbrim. Then standing beside the ever, yawning Falbrim, there he is standing the ever stoic figure. He is the Satan Beelzebub, who came back from Remnant, his usual green spiky hair, with a white long-sleeved coat. That covers much of his usual clothing, underneath the coat. Then lastly there was Satan Leviathan, not in her magical girl costume. Very beautiful, shortstack woman, with long black hair, tied in a pair of pigtails. But her usual green colored, long-sleeved clothes that is only used, when there's need for her to be serious. Standing with her, in her red armor with a samurai like design, and black clothing, her large, black, spiky long hair. The famous sole knight of Satan Leviathan, Raven Branwen, standing proud, strong, and stoic. But she wasn't the only woman there. Along Ladies Serafall, and Branwen, were the two new reincarnated devils in Serafall's peerage. The first one of these girls is Emerald Sustrai. Who is a young woman with medium-brown skin and dark-red eyes. Her hair is a light, mint-green. Emerald, she was donnig a new outfit, the one in later seasons in RWBY. She now wears a mint green crop top with off the shoulder pulled back sleeves beneath a cropped white quilted leather, double breasted biker jacket. That has a contrasted with black notch lapels with matching cuffs, alongside her emblem on the back in black as well as a belt loop at the bottom of the jacket's hem. Completing her ensemble are matching white, skinny jeans and brown chaps that end at her thighs, they appear flared with a small open section with straps on the lower calves. The tops and bottoms of the chaps have a mint green trimming to them as well. She also wears a overlong belt, twice-wrapped, to which her chap straps connect to. Then there the other new pawn, and girl that Serafall taken in. Penny Polendina. A adorable girl, with orange colored hair in curly, short style with a cowlick on the top. Her bright green eyes, with freckles underneath her eyes, on her cheeks. Wearing her usual outfit, of a off white old-fashioned styled shoulder blouse with frill detailed trim and frill flared cuffs that half covered her hands alongside copper button detailing on the lower parts of her sleeves. She also sported a short gray pinafore dress with golden trim on the hem alongside four light green stalagmite styled stripes on the lower half of the dress, two on the front and two on the back, accompanied by two matching-colored circles above the tips that had a stripe that ran around her waistline, with golden outlines, and a detachable black and light green collar. She also wore a pair of black thigh-high leg pieces that seemingly were attached to black shoes. The leg pieces had a single green stripe up the sides that appeared to light up.
As all the devils, were waiting for the announcement, that the Satans promised to tell. Sirzechs, he calmed the masses. He began to tell his people, the big news. Revealing that a trusted...agent...of the Satan, has obtain a special artifact that allowed the bypass the Dimension Gap, and go to other worlds. This was the shock of the millennia. As everyone, young or ancient, knew that Great Red is the guardian and ruler of the Dimension Gap. And Satan Lucifer, has just reveal that they can go to other worlds, without directly confronting the Great Red. This is worldshattering news, but it wasn't done yet. As Sirzechs, continued, thanking this artifact, they found a world sortable for their kind to settle safely. In fact, because of a time distortion. Lady Leviathan, as Serafall took a step forward, and Sirzechs said that she's been responsible for building and completing a settlement. A new home, safe from all enemies and rival races. This settlement is called Neohaven, within a continent called Neo Anima. As Serafall took over, and explained she gain an artifact, which only she can use, to travel between the worlds. Gaining wonderful friends, and pieces as Raven Branwen, Emerald Sustrai, and Penny Polendina. She explained what this new world, name Remnant, can offer. Safety. Peace. Prosperity. And turning to her fellow Satan, she said, "A long await solution. For in Remnant humans and beastkin called faunus. Possess a special ability called Aura. (taking a pause for her, RWBY-Raven, Penny, and Emerald to show aura, surprising the masses) And by studying this Aura, not only have the devils, chosen to be the first colonizers. Have grown stronger, but their virility might have increased!!" Saying shocked all, as this could mean that the long, crippling issue of devils low-reproduction rate. It might have been solved. Serafall, smiled as she passed the "mic" over to Ajuka. Who confessed that he has been hard at work, studying and researching Aura in Remnant. And he is confident in a couple of year... He can solved the lost birthrate of devil kind, for good. Devils from kind of classes, Houses, and more, started cheering, as the Satan continue the announcement. Saying that with Neo Anima, ready to receive new inhabitants. Serafall would be in charge, of granting permission and authorization to go to Remnant. And be apart of the first way, of new settlers in this new devil exclusive home.
All the Underworld. Along with spies, have heard. That the devils, have achieved the impossible. But they did. Not only will they be able to breed, which is a dream that the Fallen and Angels, also have issues with. Along with secure a new home, safe for them to increase their strength and numbers. This was the truth, this age is for the devils. A Grigori leader, Kokabiel, he didn't like this news at all. Hoping that this will, finally make his brethren, that it was time to move. To fight and reignite the Great War, as the next arc, might be getting closer. Than anyone originally, believed to arrive...
