Allows Sam to enact Icarus' Folly in an area, evoking the wrath of the sun against those who dare take to the skies. Those who exceed 10 meters in elevation begin to burn in a holy inferno; the higher they ascend relative to the ground, the hotter the flames become. The width of the zone is determined by the energy expended. Larger areas consume more energy. Those within the folly instinctually recognize the danger of flight.
