Suddenly she saw memories of her going out with a sword, how she fought and then darkness swallowed her. Tara held her head, the memories were coming in like a tsunami and the darkness at the end was hurting her head.
" What's wrong? Are you okay? " Xavier rushed towards her
" I'm fine,.. Tell me what happened! " Tara was serious because she wanted an explanation of what happened yesterday and why she's having a bad feeling about it
" Come on, eat first then I will tell you everything later " Xavier held her hand as they went to the dining hall
Tara noticed she was wearing something else, she stopped and looked at him, " Who changed my clothes?" she asked him with an accusing glare
" Your maids " he replied casually and they went on to the dining area , Tara sat down and Xavier sat across her. The maids brought in the food, the foods were all good looking and delicious. Tara started eating quietly but she was still thinking of what happened. She ate her food and after she was done she looked at Xavier who has not touched anything.
" Don't vampires eat? " She questioned him as he didn't touch anything, he was pale but very handsome

" I already ate, " He replied calmly
" Okay, tell me what happened yesterday " She questioned again
" First tell me what you remembered? " he inquired again with his eyebrow raised
" Okay, so it seems we were attacked and I was holding a sword and then everything became dark. I don't remember anything else after that darkness, what happened ? " Tara narrated what she remembered and Xavier looked at her to see if she was lying but he only saw the truth and confusion.
" Yes we were attacked by human assassins, it seems one of your family members sent them. You took a sword and fought, I'm surprised a princess like you knows how to use a sword and then you surprise me again with magical powers. Your eyes turned purple and smoke was coming out of your hands, that smoke only attacked the enemies and suffocated them." Xavier explained and Tara was shocked
" What?,.... How ?,.. I don't have any smoke. Wait what smoke?! What the hell is going on, I don't even use cigars " Tara was shocked and confused with everything Xavier said about yesterday.
" Maybe you don't know but you have power inside you, and those power originate from Hasteria " He spoke again but was surprised as to how she could speak many words so fast, she was so unprincess like .
" What's Hasteria? " she asked
" The kingdom of demons, "
" Demons ! " She stood up with her hands on her mouth forgetting she was not alone here
" Yes, sit down " Xavier told the shocked girl
" I am not a demon, I don't even like the devil. How ? This is confusing, but everything here is weird " Tara was shocked and confused and flabbergasted
" Calm down! The demons are just normal people with demon powers they are not the devil " He explained again and she calmed down
" So how am I a demon, I come from the human kingdom. I don't understand anything " Tara was getting depressed about the issue
" We will get answers,.. Where did you get the pendant? " he questioned with his eyes focusing on the pendant on her neck
She looked at the pendant and a memory came that the pendant was given to her by Teresa, but ever since she died Tara hasn't been wearing it. " it's my mother's, she gave it to me ", she replied
" I see " he spoke non challantly
Tara was not satisfied with that answer, she needs to know more, what was the guy thinking. " So what is happening? Do you have any idea "
" I have two theories, either your mother was from the demon kingdom or she got that pendant from a demon " Xavier told her

You are very beautiful, don't listen to anyone who says bad things because they're stupid" Tara assured her and looked at Xavier, " he is your brother, he has never told you how beautiful you are?"
Sienna surprised by her question but she nodded and Tara scoffed making the siblings shocked
" what type of brother are you? Not even telling your little sister is pretty, don't mind him you are pretty. Come on sit, have you eaten yet " Tara spoke with an annoyed face
Sienna pouted as she saw her brother being scolded by Tara, it's amazing the first time seeing her brother being scolded and not saying anything. The shocked face of Xavier made it even funnier for Sienna
